Excellent film, much better than the first Creed film (which was good on its own merits), and the boxing scenes were great. Glad they also gave Victor Drago some more nuance and didnt just make him an emotionless monster.

I enjoyed it, and shockingly a hell of a performance by Dolph Lundgren. I don't think anybody expected him to be that good.
And I liked that they didn't make either Drago a villain. Victor's rage was at what his country, and mother did to Ivan. It wasn't directed at Donny, he was pissed about the shit that happened to his father. I wish they would have kept the deleted scene with Donny and him in the locker room.

Didn't think it was as good as the first at all, but I like it

So throughout most of it, I thought the same as some where it wasn’t as good as the first and I wasn’t sure I was as invested in it...
And then the final fight happens. Goddamn, that final fight. Got me right back in there.
And yes, I’ll admit, the way Rocky’s story ended had me tearing up. Basically from the moment the torch was passed.

I loved it. However, if there's a Creed 3, I just don't know what's left for the Rocky character to do at this point besides actually dying. Even though Adonis really took torch from him in this film, we can't deny that Rocky Balboa is still the selling point of the series.

Supposedly, even if the Creed series continues Stallone is done as Rocky.

Soundtrack was quite good. Still have a few of the songs on my current playlist.
The movie was OK. I think I liked the first one better, but I didn't mind this one.

I really feel it was the end of the series.
Every lingering thread is tied up. Any kind of new story would feel contrived.

Great timing on this thread, as Stallone just did an interview with Variety where he talks about the next “Rocky” installments. So he’s not done with the character yet.
