Everton sign Moise Kean on a 5 year contract. Bit baffled by this transfer really unless he thinks he won’t get in the Juventus team next season.

Not disputing that just wondered why he would leave Juventus for Everton. Assume he’s been guaranteed first team football. Will be cool to watch him in the Premier League next season though.

Will be cool to watch him in the Premier League next season though. Looking at his career statistics, he only played league 16 games last season. Even with Dybala and Mandžukić seemingly on the way out, the fact that Juventus want to bring in another forward, and with Ronaldo, Costa, Cuadrado and (presumably) Higuaín all capable of playing in the forward line, he stands a much better chance of getting regular game time elsewhere. Not being subjected to semi-regular monkey chants is probably a something that played into his considerations, too.

All 3 teams relegated from the Premier League lost their opening game of the season. I wouldn’t be surprised if none of them go straight back up though I would expect Fulham to make a challenge of it at least.
Also applied for tickets for Euro 2020 last month and got 2 tickets to a game in Dublin. Did apply for a few games in numerous countries but this was the only one that came through. Looking forward to the experience.

Wayne Rooney has joined Derby as player-coach, but will see out the final couple of month on his contract in America first.

So according to Sky Italia, Paulo Dybala is moving to England...
But he’s moving to Spurs for €70m.

Reportedly he wanted a half mil per week from United with no drop in pay regardless of Champions League non-qualification. Tottenham have a pretty strict wage structure that Daniel Levy only broke to pay Harry Kane £200K per week, so I wouldn't be surprised to see this move fall apart as well.

I’ve never thought Dybala was all that. If I were a United fan I would have breathed a sigh of relief that talks with him ended due to his wage demands. Then of course, Tottenham get in on the action.

Then of course, Tottenham get in on the action. I can't really say I'm too disappointed. We've already got Sanchez stealing £500K per week, and I don't think Dybala's a huge upgrade on Martial and Rashford. Our biggest issue right now is central midfield, and even we land Eriksen it's still going to be an issue, since he's not the type of player to get stuck in.

So Derby are sponsored by 32Red. Their highest profile signing for years, Wayne Rooney is going to wear number 32. Coincidence? Or another publicity attempt by a betting (as Ray Winstone would say) CAMP-KNEE.

Very exciting times for Arsenal It’s been a shitshow as of late but bringing in a couple of quality defenders is absolutely essential. However, now Spurs have ended their interest in Coutinho, if I were Emery, I’d pick him up. I know attacking isn’t Arsenal’s problem but Coutinho would be a great loan signing. Especially now as Ozil looks to be USA bound. (Even if Ozil was infuriating, when he was in the mood he was awesome). Also, Koscielny and his reveal that he’s moved to Bordeaux. What a c***. If you really want to leave the club that you’re under contract to, then do it the proper way. Don’t refuse to train, cause general headaches for your club and certainly don’t wear their shirt for the purpose of removing it to show you’ve signed for another team. What a f***ing child.

I don't buy the Ozil to USA stuff. The Koscielny stuff was a shame but I've decided not to get too worked up about it, he was past it anyway, I'd be much more upset if I thought we'd lost a good player. Tierney Saliba (next year) Ceballos Pepe Martinelli And reportedly Luiz We've addressed every position we were lacking in last season. Winger, CM, LB and CB. I'm not sure Luiz is the answer and if he was the only player we signed I'd be furious, but on top of the other business, it's been a superb window for us.

With the money Arsenal have spent, I’d be surprised if Ozil was still there come the weekend. His wage bill needs to go and burden someone else. I’ve never really been sold on Luiz. I think he’s a good defender but his transfer fees have always been way above his talent IMO. Pepe could turn out to be one of the greatest bargains ever. He’s like Salah, technically a winger with pace to spare but can play central too and scores for fun.

This is something I think we're going to see a sharp increase of in coming seasons. Players contracts are now getting so expensive that even the elite struggle to afford them. Look at Real Madrid, practically begging anybody to take Bale off their hands, apparently even willing to waive the transfer fee for him when they could easily justify holding out for £60+ million, but who besides the Chinese can afford to pay him what he wants it even match what he's currently earning?
