Anyone else have this issue when cancelling?

When I click the cancel link, I get the expected "Are you sure?" splash. On this splash the cancel button doesn't work but the "keep my account" button does. So there's effectively no way to cancel.

Edit: The behaviour is the same in Chrome and Firefox, but not in Edge, so I was able to cancel there.

I think I cancelled. It asked if I was sure, but I expected an email confirming this. My cousin also cancelled, but has it until the fist of September

And those pigf***ers just charged me 4 days before the end of my billing cycle despite me cancelling my service. Not f***ing happy

Sometimes ad blockers can interfere with things showing up properly. Not sure if you have one employed but it might be worth suspending it and see if it works normally after that.

It allowed me to cancel fully today. (It's weird, any time you want to switch from a 'pay every month with credit card' to a 'pay with a prepaid gift card', you have to outright cancel and then wait for the already paid month to end, then rejoin with the gift card code.)
