now I don't know how it works overseas for some of you crappers out there but here in americal we got these little parental advisory stickers on our albums that tell us weather or not the album has swear words. they look something kinda like this.  anyhow In my opinion, the most utterly profane album with out a parental advisory sticker is necro - the sexorcist.  I CAN'T EVEN POST THE DAMN TRACK LIST due to the amount of songs with words and slogans that could probably get me banned. yet it still does not have a parental advisory. figure that one out. |

I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of albums released in the US on independant record labels that don't have stickers on them.
I don't think a lot of these small Indy labels fall under the same rules as the big labels do.
I know a lot of punk records I've bought that were on like Epitaph records or something that were very profane, yet no sticker.

I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of albums released in the US on independant record labels that don't have stickers on them. lots of Death metal records don't have the PA logos, and have some pretty vulgar lyrics.
eg.
Severed Savior's "Brutality is Law". no sticker, but had such wonderful lyrics as "I deflowered the Virgin Mary with my Unholy Member" (killer song by the way)

It's primarily major label artists whose albums ship to stores like Best Buy, Sam Goody, Target and the like who have the parental advisory sticker on it.

The Dwarves have some albums that never got rated. And well, those songs are about , well your rapper would envy them. of course these are guys who fake their deaths on stages, and almost blew it a few times.

And well, those songs are about , well your rapper would envy them. of course these are guys who fake their deaths on stages, and almost blew it a few times. ah yes, the album cover to blood, guts, and "cats" is pretty vulgar. still though, in rock it's more about hooks and a catchy song. in rap it's about wordplay, storytelling, and flow. with the idea of wordplay going along with such songs as, "you (explitive deleted) love to get (explitive delted)" and "piss" it can be hard to tell sometimes. |

... You've never heard Anal C***, have you? no, and I don't plan on it too. I mean sure there are some bands that have long verses, such as suicidal tendecies (who I hated by the way) but overall they weren't nearly as complex as most rap verses are. |

Oh you have no idea the extent these bands go to, they exist for the sole purpose of explicit, detailed content. many times there are no verse or chorus, it is almost spoken word over rock.
