My boy Cleo Lemon. Best Dolphins QB of the past 15 years. That’s right. I said it. Losing ass team or not 😂.

Brandon Wood. Stud minor leaguer for the Angels that couldn’t make contact at the major league level. That's one I forgot all about. The fabled 40 HR power SS to be. He was gonna be an elite power hitter before everyone hit 30 HR with the juiced ball since 2015. Him, Wily Mo Pena and Prince Fielder all around the same time were the next big power hitters to be, only Prince found his potential and the other two didn't even become semi-regular MLB players.

Yep and then shifted to 3rd so he could get to the majors and get playing time. And it just didn’t happen.

Byron Buxton seems to be trending to this level. He's an above average player thanks to the glove but he was being called the next Mike trout.

Jesus Montero
For a good while he was the Yankees top catching prospect before they had a very young Gary Sanchez coming up. Montero came up and hit the ball crazy and looked like he would at least be an offensive star. Yanks trade him to Seattle and he was never the same

Doesn't look like he'll reach the original hype levels, but he's gotten his hitting sorted out, and with his glove and speed he'll have a spot in the bigs for a long time. If injuries don't destroy him. I'm a believer in Buxton.

OJ Mayo
I thought he had NBA All Star written all over him and it seemed he finally was finding himself when he went to the Mavs and had that great year. Dude was just never consistent and he basically blackballed himself out the league thanks to drugs. Out the league at 28 years old

Look how long Billy Hamilton was given a chance despite not being able to hit As long as Buxton don't hit that bad he will be fine, and he hasn't hit that bad in a while plus he has a little pop. After the way they gave up on Aaron Hicks so early, they are going to give Buxton every chance they could

He's not gonna fulfill his original perceived potential, but shouldn't belong among these names when it's all said and done.

I was at Penn State when Courtney Brown and LaVar Arrington played and man, did they just not pan out in the pros. Picked 1-2 in the draft and just really went nowhere.

The sad part of the Angels is they've had several, for getting Trout and all there were the blunders of Brandon Wood and Dallas McPherson, both those guys were suppose to be stars.

I always considered Jos Verstappen to be one of the most underrated drivers in F1. He almost exclusively drove for uncompetitive teams, but in changeable conditions he was a beast.

Rich Dauer played for those great USC teams in the 70's and was drafted by the Orioles who had such high hopes for him they traded away Bobby Grich to get him in the starting line up. Dauer never lived up to the expectations although he did have some key base hits in the post season.

RG3 Ty Lawson Ronald Curry Dwight Howard Jalen Rose Dwight Howard did make it though He will go to the HOF, he just never became the dominant player he should have I’d argue Jalen Rose “made it” too. Mid round draft pick who played 16 years in the league and averaged around 15 points.

Mid round draft pick who played 16 years in the league and averaged around 15 points. Jalen had a very successful career His biggest problem is in a sense, he didn't really be the All Star player people expected him to be and he has the unlucky comparison next to a soon to be HOF player in Chris Webber I'll shit on Jalen for his high opinion of himself but in terms of the big picture of it all, 16 years in the league and some good years is nothing to cry about

But I’d say to get the production Rose gave from a 13th pick in the draft he’s successful
