I saw this on a boxing forum and wondered if it might work here.
Not sure if this thread will catch on, but the idea is there is loads of little thoughts one might have on wrestling and want to share or discuss, but that don't really warrant having their own thread.
For example I have been thinking recently.
Why did Stone Cold fall off a cliff, physically, so fast in 2002?
Also to an outsider I always wondered if Austin looked a bit like the kid Forrest Gump, walking around with those big braces on his legs.
Also Brock Lesnars's WWE resume is obscenely impressive.
Mick Foley was hilarious in 1999.
Dean Ambroses moveset was horrible.
So basically you would can just post little thoughts you have on WWE that don't quite warrant their own thread, to start a discussion.

Vince wore an onion on his belt, which was the style at the time
Basically I think Vince is close to being Grandpa Simpson. He has occasional nuggets of brilliance but they are always twisted up in random thoughts about crazy shit. And he lives in his own version of his life.

I always thought Taka could have actually gotten over like WWE ostensibly wanted him to if they’d had him get a few wins over mid card guys and not ultimately just treated him as a joke with an “lol he’s Asian” gimmick.
Basically book him like ECW did Tajiri.

How far would Chris Harris have gotten in WWE if he didn't become Braden Walker? I'm thinking he would have been a solid midcarder at the very least. And if The Wildcat is a success in the 'E, do Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode and AJ Styles join earlier? And does AJ have that 2 year run in Japan?

Summarize Jack Swagger's WWE career for me. I missed his entire run.

Probably should have included the link to the F4W Clip where Vinny buries Chris Harris after he turned up in TNA to face Beer Money in 2011.
If Chris Harris shows up in WWECW pretty much the same shape as he did in TNA, things could have turned out very different.

Summarize Jack Swagger's WWE career for me. I missed his entire run. I thought he was dull. And a guy that should never have won a world title.

But he looked like a comic book drawing of a professional wrestler, and he had the legit amateur wrestling skills to match. A competent booker could have gotten a lot of mileage out of dude.

Speaking of Dean's moveset, I never realized how much it sucked until watching him in the G1. All the silly crap got replaced by stuff like Uranages and Texas Cloverleafs.

Summarize Jack Swagger's WWE career for me. I missed his entire run. He debuted in ECW as Biff Tannen before Marty goes back in time but actually funny, won the MITB at Wrestlemania, cashed in for the WHC the next day and immediately caught those brainworms from Futurama. He lost the title after doing absolutely nothing, got hurt, got into QAnon with Dutch Mantell, got busted for weed right before a spotlight title match with viral buzz at Wrestlemania, became an ultrapatriot teaming up with a superhuman from Prussia, and did a lot of jobs

Watching the other day I saw Steve Austin once wore his heel red knee braces in 2003 during his run as RAW GM and a baby-face.
Now that certainly doesn't deserve its own topic. Hah

I feel like if you take bits and pieces of different time periods of his run (doing push ups with pyro going in the background, the Swagger Soaring Eagle, Zeb Colter as a manager...I don't know where you fit the Swaggie, the sandwich that tastes like freedom, but that's gotta be there somewhere), you could combine them into an all-time great act.

Regarding Austin, I think the miles and injuries finally just caught up with him. Once he had the neck surgery, he was on borrowed time and father time finally came to collect.

Austin didn't really suddenly fall apart, as much as he spent most of his time post-Summerslam 1997 in a state that probably never have him cleared to compete in 2019. The neck surgery he got in November 1999 helped, but his bump card was still getting really full. The kick/punch style of WWF main events in 1998 and 1999 was pretty much designed around Austin's physical limitations, and you'll notice he never takes a Tombstone after Summerslam 1997 despite feuding with Taker and Kane for a good portion of his Attitude Era run.

I had a hard time still being a fan of Dean Ambrose after some people started calling him the next Brian Pillman or the next Roddy Piper. Ambrose is a decent talker but he’s nowhere near being on their level. That kind of false hype put me off for a while. It wasn’t until his post WWE interview that I really started to appreciate him again. I do agree that his moveset wasn’t too impressive either though.
