As I predicted months ago, would be a dope way for Kofi to win or lose, just a dope way to go out. The underdog who's defeated many opponents during his reign losing to the monster Lesnar sounds like a dope story to me.
Besides that Kofi's one of the only people who can get fans to boo Brock so that's a positive. Let a real heel do it, not someone who's a cool heel like Andrade or all these other guys people keep mentioning.

The first FOX Smackdown is definitely gonna get built up as a big PPV-like event. Yea, they are going to stack this up Supposedly, a rumor is Sting is supposed to be there too. Kofi and Brock are def getting a main event caliber match. If we go by him and Seth, it should be really good If Kofi picks up the surprise win, you still have the option for Hell in A Cell so they are in a good position I assume whatever happens with Shane and KO’s lawsuit will lead to a match on Smackdown where Shane finally is ousted to make way for the draft the week after.

Hell, I 100% believe that they have to give a finish here but it doesn’t have to be a clean finish. What if someone blatantly costs Kofi the title against Brock? It’d be illogical as f*** (who would rather face Brock then Kofi?) but most of WWE is illogical and it would make Kofi look like a f***ing beast in losing if done properly

Kofi finally ran into the Animal, the dude who has taken everyone out Kofi is going to put up the fight of his life and come out in a losing effort but be all the better for it. From a narrative standpoint, the people that were thinking about booing Kofi now will me bad Brock took his title and it gets Kofi in a position of being strong and something to potentially aim for later Brock gets a ton of heat and you have him in a diff environment on SD. Add on the fact, they are making him more vulnerable and you have a lot of room to do things with him

And if that happens, The Fiend should really go over huge.

The promise of another Brock world title reign is like getting an "I think about you every day" text from your emotionally abusive ex three years after you two break up.

Assuming they do the champion vs champion stipulation again this year It would def make a big time interesting match, tho it would be Brock's 3rd SS in a row where he is champ facing another champ and I would think WWE wants to keep that in their back pocket but they are at the mercy of USA and Fox

Because giving the Ultimate Part-Timer another title reign worked out so well for Raw.

One of the biggest matches WWE can make nowadays. This match actually has stakes! I love these kind of matches, doesn't make feel like I watch them for no reason. So excited... I don't believe they'll give the fans a screwy finish, because it's the first show on FOX!

Brock having the title again would suck. But Kofi's reign has been f***ing trash as well, so it's whatever.

I mean, who you want if you had to choose? Me, I'm cool with it because this will make Kofi a bigger underdog and make him loved more given he's against World Killer Lesnar. Also it does get some of the dislike on him from some fans away. The question I have is who beats Brock. I hope we don't see ANOTHER Brock/Roman match lol.

Brock only shows up anymore when he feels like being the champ again. It's kind of annoying. Plus, what kind of brand launch would it be for Fox to not have a champion that is always present?

Seth got that decisive win over Brock so I can see Roman doing the same only because the show is going to be in Tampa. Of course, Roman has really just been enjoying life since he came back so who knows what he does for Mania. I rather see him and DB since they haven't done that yet Otherwise, depending on the draft you have Finn who can chase Lesnar

It’s the right move for Fox.
If one of them was going to beat Brock, I think I would have preferred Kofi beating him rather than Seth Ziggler, but whatever. Brock was getting the belt for Fox regardless.

What have we done to deserve this.
I have to know.
What horrible thing did we do to deserve even the threat of yet another unnecessary Brock reign.

The problem with all of this is that it's most likely going to be more of the same exact stuff Brock's been doing for four years. It doesn't matter who he feuds with if he's absent for most of the build and does nothing but bounce beside Heyman and hit the occasional F5 when he is there.
There's a chance Fox wants things done differently. I hope so.
