My favourite was always Owen and Bulldog, though he was great with Yoko, too.

Voted for the team with Yoko as I always thought they were incredibly badass, but I might be biased on account of attending a number of live shows around that time, including seeing their win at Wrestlemania XI.

Owen and Bulldog. They had great chemistry in and out of the ring.

Owen and Yokozuna had such a great dynamic with the cowardly Owen hiding behind Yoko. However Bulldog and Owen was the best. You could tell that Davey just loved Owen so much and thought he way the funniest person ever.

Owen/Bulldog, probably.
Kind of a shame he never tagged with Foley, I feel like that could have been a lot of fun.

My vote is for the Bulldog, but I really liked the New Foundation and think that could have gone much, much further if Neidhart hadn't gotten himself fired almost immediately. I think Owen might have been a bigger deal sooner if he hadn't been stuck with Koko in a "Quick, find someone else to wear the baggy pants!" team.

with Bulldog
I did like his team with Jarrett and the all Blue Blazer thing, which I think would be fondly remembered except... you know

Bulldog by far I was at Mind Games when they won the titles from the smoking guns I marked out like no tomorrow

Most of them were great. I think Bulldog and he were the best together because they enjoyed being with each other so much. New Foundation could have been great during the time period. Maybe not the very top team but definitely one in title contention. I wish he and Koko had more time together. It was cool for a makeshift team with both guys doing nothing much beforehand. I think they would have been more memorable if they had more time on PPVs. It's great that Owen was able to find something that worked in late 1993. He was such a great talent and really needed that extra something, the heel turn, to show fans how great he was.

Owen/Bulldog, probably. Kind of a shame he never tagged with Foley, I feel like that could have been a lot of fun. The bigger shame is no Owen/Jericho. Jericho talked a lot in his book about how dreamed of tagging with Owen when he was younger.

OTHER: Wings, his team with Brian Pillman in WCW. I don't care if they only had four matches total and none of it's on video and I've never seen any of it. That's my final answer.

Owen and Bulldog was my pick.
Owen's reveal of Yoko as his partner at Mania was probably the single biggest moment of any of these teams, and now I think people can appreciate their matches better than the anti-Yoko bias people had at the time.
But the Bulldog matches were all great from the jump and have only aged better and better.
