I like Erisi's sig. I could see slamming down a fifth of Captain and boning it. (Not really, but it just seemed like a good thing to say) Who needs alcohol to hit it? ;D

Do they make dolls that look like adults? I somehow doubt it.

They've been playing "Pinata" for awhile now, it seemed like it was on every friday or saturday night for the past year or so, and of course, Halloween 5. How in the f*** do they keep getting viewers for that every week? Someone please explain this to me

Ok, now I know American Movie Classics doesn't exactly play what most normal people would call "classics" 24-7, but they are currently playing Pinata: Survival Island. Jesus this flick barely qualifies as a Sci-Fi Channel Classic! ;D As long as they don't decide to run Basilisk: The Serpent King on AMC tonight, I think it's still an ok channel. Edit: "THAT WAS VERSACE, YOU SON OF A B****!" ;D

I'm trying to steer the thread back to it's original point, so I deleted the RE: that got buried yesterday and copied and re-posted it

Maybe they ran PINATA: SURVIVAL ISLAND as some sort of April Fools' joke?
I can only hope, anyway.

Yea can we just start another thread on that doll and stick to AMC in this one? Two sorts of threads that show up quite often around here: 1.) "AMC DOESN'T PLAY CLASSICS ANYMORE!!!!" 2.) "MTV DOESN'T PLAY MUSIC ANYMORE!!!!!"

Can I point something out?
They don't call themselves American Movie Classics anymore. Its officially AMC. They don't need to show "classics" anymore, now they're a cable TV movie station that can show whatever they want. Its a simple branding thing.
Same with MTV...music television was dropped a long time ago. Also KFC is no longer Kentucky Fried Chicken, its just KFC. They did this to cut the fried out of their branding, so that they appeared to become more health friendly.

No, they did it because they no longer use actual chickens in their food. They use synthetic chickens, with more wings and legs, that they created in a lab. Everyone knows that.

I think that the DeLorian was AMC's all time low. It pretty much destroyed the company.

I think this mostly has to do with AMC not wanting to run out of classic movies to show, so they put filler like Pinata in between the good flicks.
P.S. don't knock sex with a doll until you've tried it.
