As someone who's not really heard any of their stuff, I always got the impressions from the bits and pieces that I saw was that Alvarez just hates most things for whatever reason, guy never seemed to be happy. I think Alvarez has just, like a lot of people and I include myself in that, completely given up on main roster WWE. The product is so awful that you can tell he's really struggling to watch both Raw and Smackdown every week so yeah when it comes to those reviews he's pretty miserable. He is very complimentary though and loves NWA, AEW and NXT. In fact he seems to enjoy most things outside of WWE main roster. That's fair enough, so why does he bother doing main roster stuff? I mean, I don't like much of main roster WWE, either, so I just don't watch it. Then again, it's not my literal job to do it as it is with Bryan.

Alvarez has been worn down by years of shit. How much Nitro can one man consume before he snaps? He was happy when Haku and the Barbarian wrestled. He loves them, but then again, who doesn't?

Well, please let this foreshadow a heel turn.
I'm guessing the crowd was ugly to him over there.

It also gives him more context to judge other wrestling shows, if he can refer to what else is going on in wrestling.

Can't wait for people to unquestionably believe one man over a locker-room full of people who have been in the industry and probably know more about the industry than a guy who writes about it. I don't know why people believe Meltzer, a guy who just talks about wrestling, over actual, legitimate wrestlers who're in the industry and are in those locker-rooms that Meltzer isn't. So you believe Booker T over Dave Meltzer when it comes to real news that would shine a bad light on WWE? I love Booker T, but he LOVES towing the company line. Oh, and I would believe Melzter over 90% of the WWE locker room. Because Vince has been King Carney for decades now, and his locker room takes on those some qualities. Melzter doesnt have to answer to McMahon. Meltzer has just been the most popular wrestling journalist for 35 years now. I know that's hard to swallow, but there's a reason he has survived so long. There is also a reason why so many WWE Corporate Stooges hate him.

Seth and Punk should just feud verbally and via social media. It would be more entertaining than matches.
