I don't know when the show airs in the US much less the exact time difference so I err on the side of caution.

It airs on BBC America at 8:00PM EST on Sundays it's 5 hour time difference between the UK and New York. (so 1 o'clock in the morning) Not sure if they change the time for the West Coasters.

My view on spoilers with the new episodes.
Most fans know when it airs in the UK, they should therefore avoid this thread until it’s aired in their country. Any massive plot points (by which I mean the death or reveal of a character) should have the consideration of spoiler tags but general discussion about a certain aspect of the show is fine without the tags.

I actually have no idea when it airs in the UK >_>
But I general don't go into topics of things I don't want to be spoilered unless I already saw the thing >_>

Well, I watched the first three episodes and I don't think I'll bother with any more.

I have a confession to make and this may make me seem stupid, but for most of that last episode I didn't think Bella was real. She showed up while Ryan was infected by a Hopper virus, and a part of having that virus was hallucinations, and basically from when we first see her till we get in the tunnels no one spoke to her except Ryan. Yeah Yas asks Ryan if he's having a nice chat with Bella in the vehicle, but that was aimed at Ryan and he was the one who replied, and I just thought he was talking to himself.

I wouldnt be surprised if they get in trouble with 20th century fox/Disney for ripping off aliens for that episode, it was heavily influenced by the film.

I was also wondering if that was going to be the case. The only thing against it to me was that we didn't see any of his other hallucinatons.

As for it being "a continuity nightmare" I mean... not really since Doctor Who is pretty much built around there is no continuity... People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff.

I have a confession to make and this may make me seem stupid, but for most of that last episode I didn't think Bella was real. Me too. He was alone when they met and she walked off as soon as the others showed up without interacting. Then when it was clear she was real I was thinking the aliens were hallucinations caused by the parasite that feeds off fear and then the host dies of a heart attack or something. Turns out expecting good writing and/or subtlety was a mistake. That was truly f***ing awful preachy crap, that speech was a low, maybe even worse that shoot the moon (maybe). Possibly series link deleting bad. Fine it was Earth, fine as a theme but a theme should be bubbling under the surface not whacking you over the head repeatedly. If you are going to go that route at least have it make sense. Fire and trees in an atmosphere missing oxygen? How is it missing oxygen anyway, that's not how climate change or nuclear winters work is it? How do all those apex predators have enough to eat if the planet can't support life? They forget the science in science fiction? Then to top it all off it's just a possible future? So there's no consequence to anything ever then. Who cares if you f*** up, try again on another timeline. Sure that’s an inherent problem of time travel but vague timey wimey magic beats a straight up don’t worry nothing matters. That wasn't even all the issues. The old woman was terrible, don't think I was meant to hope she died. Most of the cast seemed to struggle with the writing they were given. Feel so bad for Jodie, nobody could make anything salvagble of that but she's going to get blamed if the quality keeps dipping

last weeks episode flew through it's script, sure a few of the secondary characters got shorted but that was because of the running time and what they had to get through. there wasn't much breathing time ..... BUT THIS WEEKS {Spoiler} is a joy the chatting and discussions are a highlight for me (especially between the doc and tesla), but it's also funny and cheesy like who is, a funny ass chase sequence ..... you'd think by the trailer that it was a certain empress ..... naw just some old dosser really absolutely spot on played by visnjic and glennister and let's totally NOT talk about that rodeo shall we

Oh that was a great one {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Very simple lesson of giving credit where credit is due, and how history can ultimately vindicate your accomplishments with time and knowledge.
Eddison and Tesla don't get memory wipes? Doc obviously still trusts the lads over the ladies, rofl
Oh, Yaz did something...she identified a camera, a life-saving tactic for the Doc!
Liked also The Doctor's irritated reaction to the Skithra queen asking if she'd seen a dead planet. Appropriate given what happened two weeks ago.

I'd go so far as to say that was probably the best episode of Jodie Whittaker's run. Though it did feel like someone saw The Current War and decided to make it into a Doctor Who episode.
