New Japan have officially announced that, if all three teams finish with 26 points (both GoD and FinJuice win), there will be a three-way tie. No tiebreaker using Yano/Cabana or anything like that. So again, it feels like we're heading for a triple threat at WK.

I know he's never been a traditional babyface to begin with but man, Okada has been acting really heelish this tour. Good. Okada is at his best when he is a dickhead heel It makes sense for him to be more cocky because in theory he is the final boss and the guy with the most confidence coming into WK. He needs to be cocky and heelish to sell this whole thing Yeah, like, he's obviously still face in any dealings with Jay White, but at WK, he's the definite heel with Ibushi and Naito.

Yea, ideally the story is for Naito to finish off the cocky Okada who if he beats Ibushi, has beaten damn near everyone and their mother decisively and therefore would have no worry about beating Naito again The alternative is we get Naito/ Ibushi deathmatch 5 or the least interesting option of Ibushi/white which I highly doubt since you need Okada or Naito main event the last day

I know the losers also have a match together the second night, but Okada/Naito ending on a nontitle match would be a really stupid ending to their feud. White and Ibushi can easily afford to lose, given they're newer blood, plus both had very busy 2019s, anyway. Jay was champion already, and Ibushi's G1 champ, won the IC title, and just generally had a strong year. Besides, odds are, Naito, if he takes the prize, isn't going to hold both titles long, anyway. Not like he needs to, given he's a title chaser, rather than a long reign guy, but one of the three would probably get the IC title off of him in a month or two. I'd personally pick Okada to do the honors, just since he's never been IC champion, and given NJPW's boner for SANADA/Okada matches, they could have SANADA be the one to beat him for it to elevate him.

Kota Ibushi is like an IRL version of the most likable shonen protagonist you could imagine.

I think prime Andy Kaufman would be the clear babyface against Jay White. That's how much heat Jay White has right now.

Big show so far.. Putting spoilers for those who aren’t watching live. {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Moxley return and attacked Archer. They’re gonna have a Texas death match at the dome. Also teased the possibility of Moxley/Suzuki.
Dragon Lee returned as Ryu Lee (Ryu being Japanese for Dragon so, no change). He appeared via video to challenge Liger and they seem to be teasing a triple threat between them and Hiromu. Not sure how I feel about that, I’d rather Liger just have a singles. Lee being back is great though. And a big statement by NJPW that they’ll use him despite their ongoing relationship with CMLL.

That match made Finlay. He’s moved up to a solid midcard spot now and probably a dead cert for the g1 next year. Really enjoyed the match. Finlay still needs to work on his look, but he’s got it in ring.

That said, I don't think he'll be an afterthought. He's one of the first wrestlers getting figures for NJPW, so he's definitely someone they consider a big deal to the company.

There's plenty to say, but I'll keep it simple.
Now SANADA can finally get new pants.
