NXT is back in Full Sail for another week live on USA - as always, have a look at the forum discussion rules for both this show and AEW Dynamite: officialfan.proboards.com/thread/592137/rules-discussion-weekly-aew-shows
Since NXT was last on air, the roster has invaded both SmackDown and RAW, both to varying degrees of success. The SmackDown roster was heavily depleted by the much-discussed delay in Saudi Arabia, so the likes of Shayna Baszler, Matt Riddle, Keith Lee, Tommaso Ciampa, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Tegan Nox and Adam Cole (BAY-BAY) all made big impacts between the blue ropes, whereas a mass invasion took place at the end of RAW following a DQ between Cole and Seth Rollins. Will there be any retaliation by the main rosters tonight (bear in mind that the SmackDown roster are flying to the UK today, so any answer is likely to come from RAW), with Survivor Series on the horizon?
Shayna Baszler has a huge weekend in Chicago - before she does battle with Becky Lynch and Bayley at Survivor Series, she'll have to lead a team into WarGames against a team led by Rhea Ripley at Takeover: WarGames 3. Following an attempted attack by Baszler on Tegan Nox, Ripley started a roster-wide brawl that led to Regal imposing the double cage on NXT's women for the first time ever. But who will both captains pick for their teams? Will Baszler turn to her trusty Horsewomen Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir? After teaming with Ripley on SmackDown, will Tegan Nox and her buddy Dakota Kai be in consideration? Who else will get involved?
The only match confirmed for tonight is a rematch from a few weeks ago, as Pete Dunne once again faces Damian Priest. The Archer of Infamy needed a low blow to defeat the Bruiserweight in the first meeting, and since then, Tyler Bate has joined Dunne in looking for revenge. However, Killian Dain is lurking in the shadows, so Priest isn't the only person British Strong Style should be concerned with. Will Dunne even the score tonight?
All this, and plenty more, live on USA from 8/7c!
