Alot of people are talking about Moxley Vs Omega and how violent it was etc and so brings me back to a match that garnered the same reaction when it happened and alot of the praise being heaped on Moxely and Omega was being put to this match.
Now the above is not the whole match of course but a really beaitiful editing job that highlights alot of the best moments in this literal war.
This is not meant to be a comparison because really both are tonally different but simply just a look back and maybe for those that still have not seen it get them to seek it out.
For myself this absoloutley holds up in so many ways because to me it is IMO this is a perfect match because of how balanced everything is because it is said that the best over the top violent matches are the ones where you can strip away the ultra violence and still know you can get an amazing match out of what you watched and this has that.
And then you get into the character work and all the backstory all stemming from KillShots backstory and it going from a story about a guy using the mask to hide both his identity and guilt about leaving his brothers to die only for that lie to find him and puts into question everything we learned about killshot up to this point , it is an amazing play on ones emotions and loyalties in this entire story.
KillShots guilt over taking him after learning Dante is alive
Dantes rightful anger an rage over being left behind and nearly killed
Like I said this is IMO a perfect match without even breaking down the match itself for those that watched Moxley and Omega this is its equal if not better depending on your personal opinion but cannot be debated that this is must watch.
