It's Week 13, and while many teams are still in the playoff hunt, the Cincinnati Bengals are aiming to do what their division and in-state rivals in Cleveland did two years ago and reach the ultimate levels of terrible. I'd say it's like Marvin Lewis never left at all but as the thread title says, HE WAS WAY BETTER THAN f***ING THIS.
But before all that, a Thanksgiving triple main event! The two traditional Thanksgiving teams are in action as Detroit hosts Chicago, followed by Buffalo travelling to Jerryworld to take on Dallas. Then in our nightcap, it's an NFC South clash as New Orleans takes on Atlanta.
Rest of the schedule to come.

Man, talk about yuck games other than Buff/Dal.
I really thought Chicago was good enough to overcome ol' Mitchell, but they haven't at all.
Hell, their RBs are averaging something like 3.4 YPC.

... I took Golladay out of my lineup because Detroit was down to their third QB.
I’m not thankful for that.

That should be the new onside kick meta. Just try to drill a front man and get lucky. Probably have a better chance than the old-school method.

Jason Garrett has the look of a guy that got called into JJ’s office earlier in the week and got told he better start winning or he’s out on his ass. 4th and inches from inside his own 20 kind of confirms it. Dude is toast. lol

The balls do not want to go through the uprights today in Jerryworld.

These Bills remind me a lot of the Steelers' first couple seasons with Ben: big, mobile QB who is showing a lot of potential but isn't *quite* there yet, with a stifling, opportunistic defense that carries the load and steals games when the offense isn't clicking.

They're a good team but not a great team yet. They won't eliminate the Ravens or the Patriots in this year's playoffs, but they'll be a tough out for at least one team.

I think they *could* actually upset New England, but I wouldn't be brave enough to predict it. Coach of the Year will probably go to Shanahan and I can't really argue against that, but, barring a late season collapse, I'd give it to McDermott. They shouldn't be this good, and I'd been expecting them to start faltering all season.

They likely won't be the Pats or the Ravens but if I'm a team like Kansas City or Houston, I want nothing to do with the Bills.
