I read the results. Isn't Nese supposed to be in NXT now? What's he doing on Raw, getting his ass kicked by Aleister? I can't believe that was the first thing I asked! He's still part of 205 live. But the cruiserweights are a part of RAW. Or were a part of Raw, some of the division still is kind of.

Like, they all went to 205 Live but 205 Live was always a spin off for Raw. There wasn't really a time that wasn't connected or clarified, I don't think.

Like, 205 Live was taped after Smackdown but the superstars drafted were originally on Raw, Murphy, Tozawa included but unless it was specified, 205 Live was never its own brand but an offshoot of Raw because Raw had the cruiserweight title. My confusion was when that wasn't ever the case.

After awhile they did kind of a soft split - the Cruiserweight stuff, Lucha House Party aside, just stopped popping up or being mentioned on Raw without explanation.

I mean, I figured as much but then drafting just becomes super weird.

I couldn’t watch Raw last night, but I read the results & it sounded like a good show on paper. But, watching it today was a different story. It was crap. Besides Kevin Owens saying BS, a nothing promo to start Raw. If AOP doesn’t speak English, they need a manager to speak for them or just not speak at all. The Lana promo was horrible and I guess since there was no mention of Starrcade, it really was a waste of time to watch. Owens VS Lashley was OK, as was the attack by AOP & Rusev, but Lashley & Lana getting arrested was stupid. But there was no follow up to where AOP took Owens. Tozawa VS McIntyre was a good little match, but Tozawa needs to be used better. I loved the promo segment between Orton & McIntyre & the subsequent segment with The OC & company. Black VS Nese was a good match & I’m glad that they are using Nese, even if he’s not a Raw Superstar because he’s assigned to 205 Live, & Murphy’s promo was good too. Andrade VS Eric Young was OK but had no point. The 24/7 Title stuff was funny. The Rollins promo sucked. Jose VS Rowan was a waste of time. Flair VS The Kabuki Warriors wasn’t that good at all, which is very disappointing. The Viking Raiders squash was another waste of time. The 6-Man Tag Main Event was awesome & the best match on the entire show. Also, when I’m doing my records, I don’t pay attention to the commentary, but since I watched Raw with full focus I did, and Jerry Lawler is horrendous & needs to retire, but Samoa Joe is great. And though WWE TLC is less than 2 weeks and WWE doesn’t care to announce any matches yet, I can see some matches being set up after Raw.
Here are the Better Late Than Never Facts & Stats for Raw: - Kevin Owens VS Bobby Lashley was the 1st time since July 15 that Lashley wrestled 3 weeks in a row & was his 2nd week in a row in the Raw opener, the 1st time in 2019 that Owens wrestled 4 weeks in a row on Raw & his 1st Raw opener of 2019, Owens was the 1st wrestler since Braun Strowman on August 26 & September 2 to go from the Raw main even to the following week’s opener, was the 1st match of 2019 to take place on a WWE Network Exclusive Special & then re-matched on Raw the next night, & was their 2nd match against each other, & their 1st re-match, & was the 66th Disqualification of 2019, the 2nd night in a row after Starrcade, & the 6th week in a row on Raw - Akira Tozawa VS Drew McIntyre was the 1st time since March 25 that McIntyre wrestled 7 weeks in a row on Raw & was the 1st time in 2019 that Tozawa wrestled 3 weeks in a row on Raw - Aleister Black VS Tony Nese was Black’s 1st Raw since October 21 & was Nese’s 1st Raw math since he & Drew Gulak lost to Cedric Alexander & Mustafa Ali on February 5, 2018 & his 1st Singles Match on Raw since he lost to Alexander on January 15, 2018 - Andrade VS Eric Young was the 1st time in 2019 that Andrade wrestled 7 weeks in a row on Raw, & was Young’s 1st Raw since October 14 - Though I don’t count it, Kyle Busch defeating R-Truth was the 65th 24/7 Title Change of 2019, the 1st NASCAR Driver to win the 24/7 Title, but the 2nd Race Car Driver to be a Champion in WWE after Bob Holly, & Truth defeating Busch later was the 66th 24/7 Title Change of 2019 & Truth’s 24th Reign as Champion - No Way Jose VS Erick Rowan was the 1st time in 2019 that Rowan wrestled 4 weeks in a row on Raw & was Jose’s 1st Raw since November 18 - Charlotte Flair VS The Kabuki Warriors was the 14th Handicap Match of 2019 & the 1st since Raw on October 7, the 1st time in 2019 that Asuka wrestled 5 weeks in a row on Raw, the 1st time in 2019 that Flair wrestled 6 weeks in a row on Raw, & was Kairi Sane’s 1st Raw since November 11 - The Viking Raiders VS Mitchell Lyons & Mark Sterling was Erik & Ivar’s 1st Raw since November 18, Lyons & Sterling’s WWE debut & the 7th week in a row that Raw had an Enhancement Match - Humberto Carrillo, Rey Mysterio, & Ricochet VS The OC was the 58th 6-Person Tag Team Match of 2019, the 1st since Smackdown on November 22, & the 1st on Raw since November 11, the 1st since September 23 that Mysterio wrestled 2 weeks in a row on Raw, the 1st time since November 11 that AJ Styles wrestled 2 weeks in a row, the 1st time since October 28 that Ricochet wrestled 4 weeks in a row, Carrillo & Karl Anderson’s 1st Raw since November 18, Luke Gallows’ 1st Raw since November 11, Ricochet’s 1st Raw main event since November 18, Carrillo & The OC’s 1st Raw main event since November 11, & Mysterio’s 1st Raw main event since July 15 - This was the 1st Raw since October 14 that Seth Rollins didn’t wrestle ending a 6-Week Streak
