He literally crashes himself into people, and I'm sorry but anyone who throws their entire body at you or uses their weight in a smart way is going to get offense in on you. This is some of the most basic arts of self defense for people to take down others that are much larger than they are. Size does not mean shit in a fight, and Marko getting offense in shouldn't be a dealbreaker. People that say size doesn't mean shit in a fight have never had a bigger guy on them. There are reasons combat sports have weight divisions. However, this is rasslin and we go with the narrative of the size of the heart and the fighting spirit and all that hoopla. Plus all the small guy has to do is keep your shoulders down for 3 seconds and he has many ways of getting to that end result. He doesn't need to kick ass just get a lucky pin That being said I don't like Marko, so him getting beat is enjoyment for me It's gonna be amazing whenever Stunt turns into that douche runt heel with a giant guy guarding him all the time. Cause I feel that is gonna happen eventually.

Now, if there is one thing Marko should really stop doing so much, it's the Flossing. The one thing I've seen him actually get booed doing is that dance, so he shouldn't be throwing it out very lightly, because you don't know how much that crowd loves, hates, or merely tolerates Fortnite.

Yeah, that gets into my only issue with his entire act - he maybe leans into the "looks like a 12-year-old" thing a little more than ideal. It's a tough line to walk, given that the kid hero archetype he embodies is often associated with some really unlikable characters.

And I think the one time he was beginning to do it during the PNP Intro on DARK Jungle Boy stopped him, so I have a feeling at this point it's a running gag they know is lame and Marko's just addicted

I'm kinda with you on this. Lucha and Jungle Boy as a team are fine, but Stunt just throws their act off kilter and makes it silly. If he was just there to get wrecked that would be fine, but we've seen actual pro wrestlers selling for a runt and it's not in the least bit believable. But...he is there to get wrecked. I've barely seen him get any offense, and when he has it was short and with the help of his teammates. He's Spike Dudley, but I'm pretty sure Spike would get more offense.

To bring more legitimacy to the Stunt family name, I'd like to see a veteran wrestler in the AEW womens' division who claims to be Marko's grandmother. Call her the Stunt Granny.

I f***Ing hate that argument. You know how to fight, you know how to fight.

It's PRO WRESTLING. Why are we looking for believability? Anyone can wrestle if they're smart enough and Stunt wrestles smart and is used smart by his team, it's not that hard. By this logic nobody should have given a shit for Spike Dudley either, but he was one of the most over guys in wrestling at one point. Nobody should ever care about underdogs because "It's not believable". Wrestling is about a story, there isn't a story better to tell than david vs goliath, that's what Stunt brings and that's why he's over. As for the act, Stunt is basically Jungle Boys best friend and another "child" Luchasaurus has to look after, I like the dynamic, it's fun, nothing is thrown off by it. I've just seen a similar comment on YouTube. But yeah, I absolutely agree with you.

He's a reverse hoss. Anyone he wrestles is Hoss For The Night. He wrestles Christopher Daniels or Pentagon, Jr. the same way each of them would wrestle Giant Bernard or Kane, and it allows for a different view of wrestlers that are usually playing a set role. I wonder what happens if he faces guys like Hager or Wardlow. They should really not sell any of his attempts at offense and just react with a "WTF?" expression until they murder him with a single hand slam or suplex.

I love him but was worried that he would struggle on national TV. And then tonight, he got a pop while facing off against Chris Jericho of all people. He's doing well for himself.

I f***Ing hate that argument. You know how to fight, you know how to fight. The thing is that these guys are presented as pro wrestlers, the best of their "sport". A fierce 150lb guy can knock out some fatass on the street, but a 150lb pro fighter should not be able to compete against a 300lb pro fighter. Yes, I've seen Akebono get beaten by much smaller guys, but someone like Jake f***ing Hager, a jacked up 275lb pro MMA fighter should NOT sell any offense by someone like Marko Stunt. You can have bigger guys (basically everyone is a bigger guy) sell for him, but not to an extent where it looks ridiculous. Cosplay shit ( ) like Matt Hardy selling for his little kids or Kenny Omega selling for 9yo or a sex doll are okay for hokey stuff outside the canon of the actual shows, but should never happen in real matches, ESPECIALLY in a fed where wins and losses matter.

I weigh 240lbs or more. It still really hurts when he throws himself at me. I'm not saying a Hager type needs to sell for Stunt like they've been shot. But you can still believably be knocked back by the guy. Indeed, I believe the way Stunt has been sold for so far has been way more "believable" than they way people sell for Mysterio. But that just sort of gets grandfathered in for people. And ultimately I'm in the "It's Wrestling" camp anyway. And it's not like he's out here chokslamming fools.

I feel like they should've done a vignette on the guy to at least help tell his story, maybe they have already, I missed a couple of AEW shows last month.

AEW is setting a bad example with him, allowing 11-year old boys to wrestle...

Eh, I don't get Stunt either. A lot of people will defend him by saying 'what about Jungle Boy'? Jungle Boy is tall and can bulk up for the main event if he needs to. But fair play, a lot of people like him and he gets a good reaction. I highly doubt Marko Stunt will ever (or should ever) touch championship gold, but he could fill out the Spike Dudley niche quite well and garner good heat for the heels.

I wanna see him turn heel on JB and Luchasaurus, and be a little cowardly heel who hides behind a monster hoss.
The image of him doing that obnoxious floss dance while a monster heel beats up the faces he's feuding with is gold to me.
