We haven't done a "Rate the" topic in a while, so I decided to start one up. As the name implies, this one deals with video game songs. Someone posts a song, then the next user rates it on a 1-10 scale, with an additional comment if they feel like adding one, then that person posts a song for the next user to rate, and so on. The only restriction is that there can't be two songs from one series in back to back posts (IE: If someone posts a song from a Final Fantasy game, the next user needs to post a song from a different series, then the user after that can post a FF song if they want), and the songs have to be originate from the game (Like if it's done by an actual band, for example). Let's see if we can get this going:

Lately been enjoying a lot of techno stuff on video game OSTs. I know Timesplitters is a FPS, but this one feels like it'd be suitable on a shoot em up game.

I'll say 8/10, it's a good track that captures the empty space vibe pretty well.

It's weird to post again since so far it's just me and you, but hopefully some activity will make others be more interested in this thread.
8/10. I haven't really thought of Bomberman in like forever. Like last game I played was before the N64 era and the PS1 gen games. Still, fun tune. Kinda has the feel that suits a RPG castle town area, or a ship, if that makes sense.
And now, going with one of my still favorite series, Touhou, going with the most recent canon game.

8/10 idk if it is a boss theme but certainly sounds like one and an awesome at that

9/10 I dig that a lot. Just builds up at the start and bam. Like it starts off melancholic then just picks up in intensity while still having that melancholy tone... does that make sense?
Now going with something more sinister sounding.
