Anyone feel that the roster is starting to risk getting bloated now? No AEW lacked hosses. Cage is a good signing.

It's not really confirmed Cage uses steroids but if WWE hasn't touched the guy given that look and size it should say something about their worries about him failing a test.

He tweeted this last month, looked pretty likely he was going to jump as soon as his Impact deal wrapped up. Excited to see Cage in AEW, feels like they've got relatively few guys his size they trust with big matches. (Swagger and Wardlow are doing the Virgil schtick; Luchasaurus might count, but he's been used more in tag matches than singles for now.) This is so cool, bunch of great matches you can make. One of the most fitting and best signings so far!

So this basically confirms AEW has no policy against performance enhancers. It’s been pretty obvious to me since they have had shows that they have no wellness policy. For a company that is suppose to be “friendly do the boys” as far as pay/insurance etc....guess it’s ok to use the juice. Has it ever been confirmed that Cage uses steroids? I'm not saying he isn't, just wondering since guys like Lashley have similar physiques and are tested regularly. I'm almost 100% sure he confirmed that he is when he was on Art of Wrestling.

Whoa. I actually had a dream he has joined AEW once, like more than a month ago.
It's definitely a big signing, and he obviously stands out a lot.

Anyone feel that the roster is starting to risk getting bloated now? I think it's still alright, so long as they are careful about how to juggle people.

Great, great signing. Like it feels like a “game-changer” (even if it isn’t in the phrases sense) because he obviously fills a void they had on the roster. Not too mention guy’s been a notable name on the Indy/lower promotions scene. Very, very excited for this.

This was absolutely a must needed signing especially after Scrull resigned to ROH.
Cage is something they lacked in a big man and he's a very special type of big man, he's gonna make a big impact very quickly for them
As for "Is he on roids?", that's never been confirmed but it's been joked about. And one of the conditions if he was using them to sign with AEW if he WAS using them, was to possibly get clean. But it's a moot point if he never used them anyway.

I'm both intrigued to see what they do with him and desperately hoping that AEW haven't looked at him and already gone "what if he was in a cult"
Also, on the drug testing thing...well, yeah. There's no reason for AEW to be doing strict PED testing at this point in their existence, especially when the most well known drug policy in wrestling (WWE's) is substantially more focused on party drugs than it is steroids.

For all the shit about AEW not having a wellness policy. Remember, current WWE Champion Brock Lesnar never failed a WWE Wellness test despite him failing a UFC wellness test while being on the WWE roster.

If Cage could pass drug tests while looking like that, he'd be in WWE right now wearing a tiny speedo and covered in body oil, in an angle where he kidnaps Vince McMahon and makes him into his sex slave.

WWE revealed it back when he failed the USADA test.

Pump the breaks on this one for now The Wife says it aint true These tweets are always made when a leak or an announcement happens that was not from the company or wrestler themselves. Basically blowing smoke until he actually shows up. Maybe he was supposed to be a surprise for Revolution, but it doesn't matter, people are excited regardless, even more so now, because Cage is a great wrestler.
