Its doubtful, but I hope they at least get up to the classic Christmas 1989 episode "Tis the season to be swerved!"

Good news! It will probably be a couple more content dumps before they get to where they left off on classics ondemand.Hopefully they eventually fill in the 1st year and a half of the show they skipped.

I like how one of the "highlights" is Koko B Ware getting new theme music (going by the description, it seems this will be the debut of the Bird Bird Bird song).

It’s a shame they dropped the number of episodes/month, but it’s good content and in a sense it’s hard because so much of the most popular archival stuff on there is already complete.

On the 8/14 episode, there is a segment with Honky Tonk Man and Dusty Rhodes singing. HTM's part will likely be kept because he sings his entrance theme, but Dusty's part will be cut. Luckily, though, it's on YouTube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO-etz4G_lk

The first time WWE 24/7 aired the episode, the whole segment was missing. Later, they re-aired it with the segment included, but they only showed HTM singing. When he left the set, they just cut back to the studio and didn't show Dusty's part. I remember because I had the first version recorded, then taped over it with the re-airing. The second one is probably what we'll be getting on the Network.

Some of these episodes are new edits made for the Network while others are the COD edits. You can tell the difference because the COD versions edit out the "WWF on Tour" plugs by inserting the PTW theme music and bumper screen when they weren't there on the original broadcasts. On the edits done for the Network, they just fade to black right before Gorilla pitches to the spot.
What is odd about the re-done versions is how sloppy some of the editing is. They made sure to blur the "Superstars of Wrestling" banners, but the phrase is used unedited in at least one Update segment, spoken and shown on screen.

So there are ten new episodes, all 1989, correct?
Does anyone have any updates on superstars or challenge episodes from the 80s?

The unedited SoW references were in the 9/18 show, and the 10/2 show had the original entrance themes for Rick Rude and Hillbilly Jim.

I'm guessing that the 9/18 and 10/2 episodes may probably be reuploaded as the COD versions

There's a really weird part in one of the episodes where Rick Rude wins his match and his unedited original theme plays. Then they stop the music for Rude to say he isn't picking a woman to give a Rude Awakening to and then the music starts again with his edited theme.

I've noticed with these Prime Time episodes, aside from a few references to angles, these shows can be just watched randomly, especially since the matches shown are usually just midcard stuff from house shows or weekend jobber stuff.
