ECW 1996, Juventud Guerrera about to hit a Splash Mountain (Razor's edge from the top rope) on Rey Misterio Jr. Rey somehow counters with a Hurricanrana for the pin.
Blew my frickin' mind.

I distinctly remember yelling "OH SHIT!" at the TV when I saw that. Seeing Rey in ECW was like seeing a Martian wrestle, it was just mindblowing. He was pretty good in WCW, too... This spot was so good, it actually broke through Tony's WCW Sleep Mode and took him back to his NWA/WWF days. You can hear the "Oh shit!" switch in his brain flip when he calls "Over the top! OH, HE TOOK HIM OVER!" as the flip turns into a headscissors.

Just look up at the last second and trust that both guys will have done their jobs correctly.

Not a spot, per se, but Seth cashing in at WM 31.
Honorable mention to Big Show swinging Mysterio, strapped to the backboard, against the ring post. (and unceremoniously dropping him on his face)

The first big spot I remember was Hulk Hogan superplexing the Big Bossman off the top of the cage on Saturday Night's Main Event in 89, it blew my mind at the time.

A lot to unpack there. Hogan doing a superplex, a then heavy-ish Bossman taking the bump. It looked like death

Not just Rey's agility to flip over the ropes and land perfectly on Eddie but the strength of Eddie to absorb the force and then roll through is just insane.

Rey in the 90's was a prodigy. His agility was nearly inhuman. Jericho recalled watching Rey in WCW with Chris Benoit standing next to him. Every move or counter Rey would do resulted in Benoit marking out. "Holy shit, did you see that?!!"

The .gif is here somewhere... AJ Styles springboarding into the ring and Randy Orton jumps for an RKO but AJ jumps back to the apron and Orton flops onto his back.

I like when I meet a wrestler and they're nice to me. I literally did the "Hey, my name is Chris too!" shit that Jericho did to Benoit with Steen/Owens, so I feel this on a deep personal level
