If you had to book AEW's PPV formula, what would be their big events and how would you model them?
What should be their Starrcade or Wrestlemania...or to a lesser extent, Bound for Glory.
I don't like them following WCW names with Bash at the Beach. I know they want a little familiarity but you have to cement your own identity before using stuff like that.
They definitely need their own Superbowl type event, which I think would be All-In.
It's hard not to copy or be influenced by the WWE model or some of WCW's success, but if you could create a your own big-time events, what would they be? What would they be called?

Maybe something to highlight the tag division? I know it's a bit NXT/Dusty Rhodes classic flavor *but* NXT doesn't do it as a PPV (does it I don't know much about NXT I'm afraid) but a show around the titles (possibly women's tag titles) would be fresh to me.

The show in August (All In/All Out) should be their Wrestlemania/Starrcade/Wrestle Kingdom equivalent.

Even though “Revolution” is in February, I’m thinking it might be their “SummerSlam”-tier event.

They have a pay per view every quarter, each of them is roughly equal, but if they make the annual All X show Memorial Day Weekend in Chicago a Thing, it should clearly be treated as the top of the mountain and largest of AEW's stages. Otherwise they have quarterly shows, acting like any one of them should be more important seems counter productive to selling them.

I get why All In/All Out would be the big show. I'd like it to have a more prestigious sounding name though.
