I know Thatcher is all technical and proficient and blah blah but his matches bore me to tears.

With a name like Killer Kross, you wouldn't expect him to look like a generic dudebro.

If WWE are smart, they'll give Kross all the creative freedom that the man wants! He's one of the best promo cutters on the indies today that's not named Eddie Kingston; I just worry that WWE won't play to Kross' strengths of his promos and character work?

Imagining Timothy Thatcher doing WWE styled matches is a trip.

NXT will give him that but if Vince loves him and wants him, yeah that’s gone

So the fact he signed this time IMO tells me he got atleast enough creative clout for himself and possible his lady that he felt comfortable signing this time. It may not be something like creative autonamy but maybe something along the lines of requesting only Chris Dejoseph (his close friend) be the writer that works on his stuff.

I mean there is nothing with him going for the money either as i'm sure he wants to get back some of the money he lost in the Impact deal over the last 6 months but yeah this is a calculated move I don't think he simply made the move for financial or even simple reasons such as his girlfriend being there. I think him and HHH are really going to connect on a level because Kross wants to get shit over through character and he knows what he is about He is a guy who would have been really comfortable just making the money he can on the indies as long as he had his freedom

My first Evolve show was in 2016. 11 are now signed to WWE (would've been 12 if TJP had worked out.)

When AJ Styles is back, I'd have him back a babyface and have Kross attack him right off the bat to start a feud between the 2.

If Killer Kross is granted input into his creative direction, I am hoping for slow viral vignettes similar to SaveUs222 and It Begins. After those promos run their course, he will burst in the most violent way possible.
These sort of slow cryptic promos have a way of getting major buzz and 40 page threads when they're spruced with intricate details. Just the excitement of those promos can save an entirely moribund show. There's a reason WWE went through every trouble and outbid themselves to get him. You have someone like the Fiend and Heel Batista combined.

Remember how Killer Kross' dispute with Impact was so unprofessional on his part that it would blackball him from the industry? Yeah, some blackball.

Remember how people here said Vince would never sign someone who didn't fulfil their obligations to other promotions they worked for despite doing just that whenever it benefits him?
