100% Bayley, because I would have faith in AEW to get her babyface act 100% correct and not bungle it up.

Asuka/Kana She would flourish much, much better in AEW( instead of being what Vince thinks a Japanese wrestler is). I wanna see her come in and AEW basically let her do whatever weird thing she wants( as well as brutal things). I feel like the only reason she isn't in AEW is because it didn't exist when wwe was courting her.
EC3 He would really fit as a stablemate to MJF. He has a similar gimmick but different enough to where they stand apart.

So, ignoring the people that are clearly too old (People who are either already slowing down or prepared to, hiring people to coach is different than roster jumping), clearly need the money more than the artwork (People like Kevin Steen and Bryan Danielson who have families they need to provide for should be getting more and more value out of the bad company), or have politics I have a problem with (no comment), and making a point that this list should be as short as possible (I'm saying five, but the real amount should be very small because flooding the company with people who toiled in the bad wrestling mines might make their fans happy, but would make the show infinitely worse).
Kairi Hojo Io Shirai El Generico or some variation of Sami Zayn (under his real name maybe???) Máscara Dorada Drew Gulak.

Kabuki Warriors Chad Gable Revival Sami Zayn/El Generico Cesaro New Day Breezango Mercedes Martinez 100% Bayley, because I would have faith in AEW to get her babyface act 100% correct and not bungle it up. Also, whenever she returns to AEW, a match or tag team with Kylie Rae.

Remember though, y'all, in AEW/Elite cannon/kayfabe Adam Cole (BAY BAY!) is deader than Dillinger.

Gable is the one who would have the biggest difference in overness from where he is now to where he could be in AEW.

Truthfully, I think one of the awesome features of AEW is the extent to which it has introduced previously unknown stars to a national audience, so that it has the feel of its own distinct entity, rather than WWE-lite (which, jokes and cliches aside, really did hurt TNA during its heyday). And, with only 2 hours of TV per week and a YouTube show, I’m not really clamoring for many additions to the roster. That said, there are definitely guys who I think would be awesome in AEW:
1) Rusev - as others have said, he makes the most sense to make the jump. Woefully misused by WWE, almost to the point of malice. He’s a good talker with a good look and good ring skills, and would have awesome matches with the whole roster. Plus, his comedic timing would be perfect on things like BTE, and I have a feeling he’d be happy to be there and free of the shackles of WWE creative. There’s little doubt he’d blossom into a true main event player in AEW.
2) Chad Gable - his recent “Shorty G” push (if you even want to call it a “push”) is another one that feels almost malicious. He’s got great in ring skills and an undeniable charisma, and wouldn’t be pigeonholed into being “short guy” on a roster where someone like Darby Allin can have a meteoric rise. Still young, and not especially tied to his largely uneventful WWE run, he could really come into his own in AEW.
3) Cedric Alexander - same thing, a guy who it’s been made clear WWE has no interest in actually elevating, but who has talent and would gel really well with AEW’s roster and ring style. I think he’d be an ideal candidate to come in and feud with the likes of Janela, Sabian, Guevara, and Spears over a midcard title.
4) The Revival - no need to go into much detail, because they have pretty much made a compelling case for themselves going to AEW on social media the last year or so. The tag division in AEW is stellar, and FTR’s old school aesthetic would be the perfect contrast to teams like The Bucks, Private Party, and the Lucha Bros.
5) Matt Riddle- I really, really dislike Dudebro, but I can admit he’s a good wrestler and is objectively over with crowds. He’s another guy who would, very clearly, benefit from being freed from the creative shackles of WWE and, it seems, would get along better with the AEW brass than in WWE. Plus, he’s another guy who feels tailor made for spots on BTE. Could really elevate the AEW upper card rather than wallowing away in WWE/NXT amidst reports of attitude problems and impending burials.

I guess I'll be that guy, but none of them. The rosters already getting pretty stacked for now. You don't want too many guys and not enough time to develop them.
... okay fine, I'll take Finn Balor.

I made my lists last week where I divided it into categories: wrestlers AEW could use from WWE, WWE wrestlers who need a change of scenery, stuff like that. So I'll repeat a couple but add a new category: People AEW could use from WWE to fill a roster need: Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, Chad Gable, Tim Thatcher, KUSHIDA, Sasha Banks, Io Shirai Basically, AEW could use some technicians, and on the women's side they could use a couple more polished stars to strengthen the top of their division and solidify it further, for which Sasha has the charisma and Io has the all-around elite talent (no pun intended). People from WWE would really suit AEW's style: New Day, Cesaro (again), Cedric Alexander, the Kabuki Warriors, The Revival, Kevin Steen AEW thrives on tag matches, both 2-on-2 and PWG style 6 or 8 man extravaganzas; New Day fits the latter like a glove, and Revival are the perfect foil to the Bucks and flashier teams (plus I REALLY want to see them and Dark Order try to out-80s-heel-team one another). Cedric is a flyer with a great all around game who'd mesh very well with the scene in AEW, Cesaro is almost always at his best as a power base who tosses smaller wrestlers into the air and then does ridiculously athletic things with them, and Kabuki Warriors are two top joshi who would be right at home in a promotion pushing Riho and Shida...and now I want to see that as a tag match, thank you very much. And you KNOW Steen and Moxley would absolutely kill it in AEW together. People from WWE who need to just get out of WWE from a creative standpoint: Cesaro(!), Gable, Rusev, Sami Zayn, The Revival, Bayley Don't think I need to explain most of these. People I selfishly want to leave WWE and come to AEW because they're some of my favorite wrestlers and I miss watching them in places where I find them entertaining: Bryan, Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura, KUSHIDA

Limiting myself to 5:
1) The Revival 2) EC3 3) The OC 4) Finn Balor 5) Baron Corbin
The Revival just because I love tag teams, and they’d be a treat being socketed into the tag division.
EC3 purely because he hasn’t been used at all, and offers quite a bit.
The OC and Finn just because I’d love to see a Bullet Club vs Elite feud between these guys.
And Corbin because why not? It’d make people go insane. I’d love to see how he would fare outside the WWE system.

John Cena. He could make one hell of a last chapter for his career if he helped cement AEW and make some new stars, and bring over a lot of casual fans in the process. It'd be the modern equivalent of Hogan to WCW.

I immediately thought of Apollo Crews, returning as Uhaa Nation, and he can bring most of the cruiserweight roster with him, as well as the joshi talent. Also Bayley, Sasha, and Ember Moon.

Orton & Ziggler: Both have reached their respective ceilings in WWE and there is nothing left for them there that can make them interesting again.
Gable: Usually I don't care when a Vince gives a good wrestler a bad gimmick or losing streak as getting TV time is the focus it keeps you employed and the more eyes on you the better the chances of a push down the road but Gable is a rare exception that has officially made me mad online. A fantastic wrestler with charisma that is evident but still largely untouched which could be used to create a marvelous heel or face character.
Ruby Riot: AEW women's division needs all hands on deck and while Bayley, Asuka and Sasha are not being booked as well as I'd like they all have a spot on the card that gets them attention and all are well decorated. Riot is probably the most talented woman who will get lost in the shuffle with nxt call ups overtaking her.
Roman Reigns: It'll never happen, he has it all in the WWE and the company has been very good to him he can have few complaints but it there ever was a creative itch there and he found himself in a situation where he doesn't have to worry about money again...WWE is never going to turn him heel, jazz up his moveset, put him in storylines that haven't been done before, hell he still has the same music and ring gear he had when he debuted, if he ever wants to go from Diesel to Big Sexy character wise then why not?
