It's a big night for Dynamite tonight, as AEW are live from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, a city rich in pro wrestling history. Forum discussion rules are available on the AEW section of the board.
Part one of MJF's stipulations is complete, and part three will continue all the way up to Revolution on February 29th. Tonight is part two, as Cody must step inside a SOLID STEEL CAGE with MJF's mysterious muscle, WARDLOW. It's not stated that Cody must defeat Wardlow, but MJF is counting on Wardlow to hurt Cody so badly that he doesn't make it to Chicago in ten days time. Will Cody survive the pain that is surely coming his way?
A week after defending the AEW World Tag Team Titles for the first time, Hangman Page and Kenny Omega will defend them again tonight, as they take on the last team to defeat them, the Lucha Brothers of Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix. Will Page and his casual alcoholism keep it together with Omega to retain the titles?
If they get past the Lucha Brothers, they have to defend the titles again at Revolution (and for the first time if it's the Lucha Brothers) against the winners of tonight's Tag Team Battle Royal - the teams entering are the Young Bucks, The Hybrid2, Santana & Ortiz, Best Friends, Private Party, The Butcher and The Blade, SCU, Strong Hearts, Jurassic Express and the Dark Order team of Alex Reynolds and John Silver. Which team will book a trip to Chicago for the Tag Team Titles?
With the big World Championship match looming, Chris Jericho is looking for any opportunity he can get to stop Jon Moxley, and last week, Le Champion introduced his new hired gun in the form of Jeff Cobb. Tonight, Cobb looks to take Moxley on a Tour of the Islands as they go one on one - will Mox survive this new obstacle on the road to Revolution?
Dr. Britt Baker DMD is not making friends anywhere she goes (although she's seemingly spared Excalibur for some reason), and the "Good" Doctor will be in action tonight. Her opponent isn't known, but Baker did get into an online argument with Shanna during the week, so maybe Portugal's Perfect Athlete will be risking a tooth or two tonight.
All this, plus PAC's final threats ahead of next week's Iron Man Match with Kenny Omega, and new Women's World Champion Nyla Rose, tonight from 8/7c on TNT in the States, TSN in Canada and FITE TV worldwide!
