I would have zero qualms if it was of Pharaoh’s face. I read this as "if it was on Pharoh's face" and I was about to lose my shit.

In hindsight MJF should have gotten a mic and grilled him for it so the ref would call it a TKO

Is that an ugly american skull or is it at least in mold of his home state or something? That still doesn't explain why it isn't Pharaoh's face. Whoever made that should've tried to make Dusty Rhodes, at least it would've been hella funny!

Glad I didn't see anybody defending that tattoo. The match was dope but shit that was rough. Man looked like he INSTANTLY knew what a stupid mistake he made in that picture. Shit was like when you play 2K and you pick where you want your tattoo to go and dude placed it in the wrong spot lol. I was glad when MJF pinned dude. He gotta get the L for this one lol. He spent VC on that for sure Get that man some dreads and a sleeve tattoo he finally saw people referring to him as CAWdy from years ago didn't he...

Random place on the neck... not centered on anything... really terrible placement. It'd be... ok on the shoulder or arm... It'd still be a bit of an eyesore... but there... it makes it look way worse. He's def going to have to go all out now and get something down his shoulder

Fine design Bad timing, bad placement, and really, REALLY bad timing Dude you have a toy of yourself coming out now that is outdated because you decided to go and get a vanity tattoo. If I were Tony I'd be livid, not just for that but also for the fact it stands out like a sore thumb on a body that is now considered very valuable and took away from this match as everyone online was riffing on the tattoo Just... Cody you're a smart dude, but yesterday you were riffing on how you get annoyed by Kenny for his spontanious ideas, well, you can't ever say that again. Christ. Can see that's one of the more reasons why WWE says don't get a visible tattoo unless they say yeah I would think he ran this by Tony though. I'm sure the toy company isn't happy and in general i'm just surprised Cody got a tattoo that visible considering he's basically their top corporate wrestler I do see him getting this removed frankly. Sorry Cody but you're in a place now where you can't go out and get these stupid tats like this, your body is too important for a number of reasons. Get it on the shoulder and this isn't even a problem.

No state looks anything like that... especially not Georgia

Tats aren't unacceptable as they used to be but as said the placement is bad and he probably shouldn't have gotten it colored in. I'm willing to wait and see whatever else ink he gets but HE HAS TO get more ink

Have no problem with it other than where he decided to put it.

Part of me wonders if he got such a jarring, flashy tattoo as a subtle jab at the fact that WWE won’t let its employees get visible tattoos without prior approval. Like he wouldn’t have even been able to get a tattoo on his neck if he didn’t leave and start his own, very awesome, very successful company.
The tattoo is atrocious, though.

He’d be a gigantic idiot to do something to his body to show up another company he doesn’t work for

That would be dumb as hell if he got a tattoo as a jab at another company. He's gotta be smarter than that lol.

Next he should get his knuckles tatted up so when he wears long sleeves people will assume he’s got a ton of tats. Could save thousands of dollars that way.

I like the Nightmare Family logo, but the neck is a really, really bad place for a tat like that.
I hope for his sake it's a temp tattoo. Because laser removal on the neck is going to be painful.

You sort of knew with all the "Man, Cody has just made every single correct decision with AEW" posts and threads that when he did finally mess up, it was going to be big but....goddamn. That's BIG.

He’d still be an idiot and it would prove why WWE has that policy in place. Most likely this is something he wanted and he did it but I hope for his sake there is more to the tat
