Up in the demo which is something I think TNT cares about
Stacked card next week, going live, against a big NXT, the numbers will be the most interesting ones in awhile

It makes me so happy to consistently see the numbers go up when he’s on.

Nice to see Sabian/Dustin also popped the rating back up, I wonder if that's why Dustin went on last this week too.

OC is easier the biggest draw of AEW's "home grown" talent (not ex-WWE).
Hell, he may be AEW's biggest outside Jericho.

Think that still falls to Cody and Mox as ex big name stars OC def is up there tho. You can argue in terms of viewers and how we have seen the ratings go by segment, he draws more then Omega. Tho, Omega has quickly shot up in that regard after starting off badly with is segments performing poorly

Next week going to be interesting with being live and going forward should be interesting with more of the roster available. Going from 30% to 60% is a big deal. More so when clearly Moxley and Hardy being two names being back.

Who is still saying OC isn't a draw That has been clear since he got consistent TV time Meltzer literally just said it a few days ago on twitter when someone brought him up in the conversation of most popular AEW talents. Which is ironic because I’m pretty sure these segment numbers come from his newsletter.

You guys ready for a hot take? It's a real spicy one. Are you sure?... Nah I don't think you can handle it.... Ok, if you are you should have a jug of milk on hand just in case you have to quench your tongue
OC, cassidy, pockets, the juice, whatever..... Is AEW's Elias. Albeit better at the in ring stuff.

Nope. I get what you're saying about possibly the pops but no. They're two very different entities. Cassidy also has some of the highest merch sales and people literally dressing up like him in crowds. On top of that he's being used for promotional work that branches outside of the company like with Rick and Morty. Cassidy's got more power than Elias, especially these days where Elias's gimmick has gone really stale as a face.

How so? Mainly that both are interactive with the audience and get big pops by doing as little as possible

I understand they're both two different characters but both are equal in the fact that they can generate pops by doing very little. And while Elias' act has been the same for however long he's been around he still gets that audience playing into his hands. But I do agree that at this point in time Cassidy has more of an upswing. He's new, he's fresh and he's got the better in ring work. Time will tell how he develops..... He's older than Elias? Say what? ??

The reason people are hesitant to agree with you about your interpretation of Orange Cassidy is that there is a dimension to Orange Cassidy as a performer and a character, if anyone goes digging into his background they see both his matches as Orange Cassidy which run the gamut of professional wrestling as well as learning his other characters and his entire body of work. Elias as a performer doesn't have that, and we have no reason to assume there is a semi-secret career as an ant to be uncovered from his background, just a fairly bog-standard WWE performance center product.
Orange Cassidy meanwhile has proven to get over, stay over, and change his act over the course of a career in a way a guy who's career highlights only come within the misery factory of wwe can't compare to.
