A really fun Smackdown & an excellent 205 Live. After seeing Otis on Miz TV, I wonder if Vince McMahon was fat & bullied as a kid, since he likes to make fun of fat people all the time. But, besides that Otis was pretty funny in the segment to set-up the main event. I like all of the matches scheduled for the Intercontinental Title Tournament. It’s interesting that AJ Styles will be part of it instead of Cesaro. They should have made the tournament a 16-Person Tournament instead of an 8-Person Tournament. Elias VS King Corbin was pretty good. I like Otis & Sheamus’ interaction backstage. Of course it would be Mandy who would suggest Braun Strowman as Otis’ partner and then Braun thinking about. Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, & Helen Keller could see that from a million miles away. I liked The Truth video, as it gets more intriguing every week. Naomi VS Dana Brooke was too short to mean anything & Brooke doesn’t have a winning streak since he lost at Money In The Bank. The video on Becky Lynch was awesome and made me cry. This segment with Charlotte Flair, Bayley, & Sasha Banks is why I think there are no more Faces or Heels in wrestling. Flair was a heel when she started the promo, but then Bayley & Banks are also heels, so who's the face in this? So, it’s 2020, let’s get rid of faces & heels and everyone can be who they want to be. I really liked The Forgotten Sons’ promo to give them a little edge and personality. Daniel Bryan VS Drew Gulak was an amazing match. I am loving the Intercontinental Title Tournament so far with so many potentially great matches in the finals. I also loved Bryan’s promo after the match. Next week’s Smackdown looks awesome. Sonya Deville & Dolph Ziggler’s promo was good. Otis & Braun Strowman VS The Miz & John Morrison was a fun main event and I like Otis teasing his cash in. And it was awesome to watch new matches on 205 Live again. Tyler Breeze VS Tehuti Miles was a great match & a nice spotlight on Miles, who has only been used as an Enhancement Talent on Raw & NXT. Jack Gallagher VS Tony Nese was an incredible match.
