In one of the replies, someone asked Nyx if the accused had suffered any consequences/left the industry, and she said that he worked for AEW now. This is something that irks me. She won't say who it is, says they still work in wrestling and in AEW, and then gets mad when people play "Internet detective"? Like what did you expect to happen? If you want the situation to remain ambiguous, don't point out where the guy works being all catty if you don't want to reveal who it is. All you're doing is creating more drama, and possibly spotlighting several innocent people in your accusation. Because if she names names without any sort of proof to back it up, she could get sued for slander/libel. And even if the person she's accusing is guilty, they probably have more money to go to court than she does.

You're casting a light onto that person and other people who were within the same window as them and making things worse. If you can't say anything due to those reasons, then don't breadcrumb it like that and then get upset when people start drawing conclusions right or wrong. I'm not saying she shouldn't have come forward, but that extra tidbit of information was too much and she knows it which is why she got upset.

With the details she's given there's only one person who fits all the criteria. She may not have "named" him explicitly, but she's put enough information out there that people will know who it is without her having to take the risk of literally typing his name and possibly be railroaded by the presumably richer guy and his legal team. As sad as it is, a lot of victims can't afford to seek true justice from their perpetrators because they simply can't afford to pay for the type of lawyers it would take to go up against a "celebrity."

My guess is, she suspects that this isn't the only time the guy did this. And maybe she feels that he doesn't deserve to go down for the one thing, but if there is more and worse, all bets are off.
I have seen it before - someone brings up their experience, maybe just to make a point, but someone else not only knows who is being talked about but had the same experience with the same person.
So if this is the worst thing this guy ever did, it likely stops here. If it's a pattern, we will be hearing about it.

If going by “worked at WWE in 2013, now in AEW” there are at least 5 guys who fit that description.

The info is out there and fairly easy to find.

Where’s the database that shows where this random indie wrestler happened to be on the same card as a former WWE wrestler, cuz it didn’t come up in my google search.

Other websites exist where people who have put two and two together don't have the entirely justifiable qualms that FAN moderation does about naming the guy.

She has every right to share her story. It's not being ambiguous to share your story and not want to name names on the fact of crazed fans will now come at her and call her everything in the book for sharing an experience almost 20 years old. It's the fans who want to speculate and they should stop. Don't no one dare put blame on her for speaking out. If she keeps speaking out and dropping hints then it is a fair question to ask why keeping dropping hints and implementing innocent people but other then that this is just people wanting an answer. If she's not comfortable dropping a name and only wanted to share her experience than that is enough At the very least AEW and everyone in wrestling should take these stories and apply it to their roster. When you hire people do background checks and check for some major shady shit. This needs to be a wake up call for the industry

I am sure AEW and wrestling in general is gonna change big time after this, and for the better, we can only hope

I am sure AEW and wrestling in general is gonna change big time after this, and for the better, we can only hope Because as said she has no obligation to tell people a name. She spoke up and that's it. People can be irked all they want but that's because they want an answer. You're supposed to listen to the story and think. She's not comfortable speaking a name, that should really be the end all be all There are diff types of coming out to tell your story and not all of them is going to be clean cut

As well as the three on the card I can only think of one current AEW guy on the summer 2013 WWE roster and its someone much more expendable than the three in question. Understand why she won't name names but that does leave AEW with few options, can't fire someone for speculation/educated guesses.

If we can, in all likelihood, figure out who the alleged person is then AEW definitely can. Of course, because she hasn't chosen to publicly name them, AEW naming and firing/suspending them could potentially upset the alleged victim. If I was TK I'd probably directly contact the accuser to see what can be done.

That's all I'll say about it for now.

There's only one who has appeared on two indy shows with the accuser since the incident. The info is out there and fairly easy to find. “Fairly easy to find” how? Where’s the database that shows where this random indie wrestler happened to be on the same card as a former WWE wrestler, cuz it didn’t come up in my google search. Wrestlingdata.com and Cage Match have extensive database card results and are kept active. That said, there are occasionally omissions on both, so there could be shows not listed because no one supplied data.

Reminder: Do not post names here unless that have been accused by name. There are serious legal issues with doing so.
