Dexter's art for Rhea/Raquel looks like it would fit well in Battlegrounds.

The stare into the camera, I was half-expecting him to do arm farts like when Nelson had to fill in on the kid's news show.

Another excellent NXT to close out 2020. It was very classy for NXT to begin with an In Memory Graphic for Jon Huber. And I have no problem with them not doing anything else since tonight was AEW’s night to pay tribute to him. I already know that I’ll be crying when I watch Dynamite tomorrow. I think for this week only, no one should compare the 2 shows & talk about ratings & who won the night. Numbers do not mean anything this week. Bronson Reed VS Isaiah Scott was a great match, but I would have liked to see it longer & go past a commercial break. I voted for Raquel Gonzalez for Breakout Star of the Year, but Shotzi Blackheart is a good pick too. Good promo by Blackheart. It was hilarious seeing Johnny Gargano & The Way walking while Breezango’s theme played. I can’t wait for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic next year. Those matches are always great. Breezango VS Grizzled Young Veterans was a great match. Fandango was crazy for doing that dive. I hope he's not really hurt since he just came not too long ago from injury. I love the referee’s response to Ever-Rise when they came out to confront Drake & Gibson. I voted for Undisputed ERA for Tag Team of the Year, so I'm happy with them winning. They had the best year out of everyone. Good promo by them as well. Cole & Strong in the Dusty Classic will be awesome. Another intriguing video with Xia Li & Boa. I guess all of those Chinese names that WWE trademarked this week will be part of it. Valentina Feroz VS Mercedes Martinez was a squash & a good showcase for Martinez. I’m happy that Io Shirai won Female Competitor of the Year. She was the only option to win. I voted for Keith Lee for Male Competitor since he had a great year in NXT, but Adam Cole would have been my second choice. I thought that Roderick Strong VS Pete Dunne would be the main event & not Leon Ruff VS Johnny Gargano. Roderick Strong VS Pete Dunne was an awesome match. I voted for WALTER VS Ilja Dragunov for Match of the Year to give them some love, but Finn Balor VS Kyle O’Reilly was my 2nd pick. Awesome segment with Finn Balor & Kyle O’Reilly. I love the intensity in both of them. I like Karrion Cross & Scarlett coming out & then Damian Priest attacking Kross leading to their brawl. Cool segment on Rhea Ripley & Raquel Gonzalez & their relationship. Legado Del Fantasma’s promo was good & I loved the surprise of The Lucha House Party. Dorado & Metalik VS Mendoza & Wilde was an awesome match with a surprising finish. I voted for A-Kid for Future Star of the Year. But, I have no problem with Austin Theory since he made his debut & wrestled at WrestleMania this year. His promo was funny, as well as everything that happened to Gargano. Yes, Io Shirai won Overall Competitor of the Year. Much deserved. And for the Record, I voted for Takeover 31 for Event of the Year, though War Games was my 2nd pick. I voted for Dragunov VS Walter for Rivalry of the Year. I didn't like McAfee VS Cole. Leon Ruff VS Johnny Gargano was an excellent match to close out 2020. I loved Dexter Lumis coming out with his paintings as the graphics for the matches for New Year’s Evil.
Here are the Facts & Stats for NXT: - Bronson Reed VS Isaiah Scott was the 1st time since August 26 & September 1 that Scott wrestled 2 weeks in a row on NXT, was the 1st time since September 1 & 8 that Reed wrestled 2 weeks in a row on NXT, Reed’s 1st opener since February 12, Scott’s 1st opener since December 10, & was the 2nd 1-on-1 Match between them after NXT on November 13, 2019, which was won by Scott, so now Reed has won 1 & Scott has won 1 - Breezango VS Grizzled Young Veterans was Tyler Breeze & Fandango’s 1st NXT since November 11 & was James Drake & Zack Gibson’s 1st NXT since December 9 - Valentina Feroz VS Mercedes Martinez was Feroz’s NXT Singles debut, but she competed in a Battle Royal on September 23, as Rita Reis, & was Martinez’s 1st NXT match & match overall since she lost to Rhea Ripley in a Steel Cage on September 8 & was her 1st Singles win since she defeated Shotzi Blackheart on NXT on July 29 - Roderick Strong VS Pete Dunne was Dunne’s 1st NXT since December 16, Strong’s 1st NXT TV match since October 14 & his 1st Singles Match since he defeated Killian Dain on September 8, & was the 4th 1-on-1 match between them, after NXT on February 14, 2018, May 2, 2018, & July 31, 2019, which was all won by Dunne - The Lucha House Party VS Legado Del Fantasma was Raul Mendoza’s 1st NXT since December 16, Joaquin Wilde’s 1st NXT TV match since October 21, Gran Metalik’s NXT debut, & was Dorado’s 1st NXT match since he & Mustafa Ali lost to Kota Ibushi & TJP on October 26, 2016, & Metalik was the 1st wrestler since Sasha Banks on June 29 & July 1 to wrestle on Raw & NXT in the same week - Leon Ruff VS Johnny Gargano was the 18th North American Championship Match of 2020 & 1st since Takeover: War Games IV on December 6, making it the Championship with the Most Defenses in 2020 in WWE & NXT, was the 1st time in his career that Ruff wrestled 3 weeks in a row on NXT & was his 1st main event of 2020, Gargano’s 1st NXT since December 16 & his 1st main event since September 30, was Gargano’s 1st North American Title Defense, so if he would have lost, it would have been the 3rd time that he lost the title in his 1st Defense, as of NXT, his reign has lasted 24 Days, which is the 2nd Shortest Reign of All-Time & his 2nd Shortest Reign out of his 3 Reigns (1st Reign: 25 Days (1/26/19 – 2/20/19) & 2nd Reign: 14 Days (10/28/20 – 11/11/20), & was the 3rd match between them after NXT on November 11 & 18, which was both won by Ruff, so now in their 3 matches, Ruff won 2 times & Gargano won 1 - No one that wrestled on the 1st NXT of 2020 wrestled on the final NXT of 2020, & the Total Match Count for NXT for 2020 ends with a perfect 300 Matches
