Yeah...let's just agree this is unlucky circumstances and move on from it...

Yeah, just a horrible day for us all and luckily those of us who tuned in got to escape from the real world for a couple hours.

Really hope they make up for it in DVR viewership. It was a great show with a fantastic closing angle that could help them going forward if people get to see it.

They'll bounce back next week. That's all I'll say about what's going on

Not shocking at all. I’m Canadian, watch AEW every week and even I almost skipped it to keep watching the news

Last week was a high rating that "didn't count", and this week is a low rating that equally "doesn't count". Unavoidable that they'd lose viewers, I know I sure as hell wrote off watching it 'until later' because of what was happening.

Yeah, that's expected
I called it before the show even began, it's just shit out of their control. Two big wrestling cards were the unfortunate recipients
DVR Numbers should hopefully help out. Next week should undoubtedly be a rebound even if spoilers come out (Which sometimes dont even happen).

I was listening to Bryan/Dave review the shows and that's their job and even they had to have the news on during both AEW and NXT. I will just say that yesterday will be one for the history books.

I figured both shows would do like 500,000 so whatever really.

Damn shame. Fantastic show. I'm sure whoever didn't watch it can catch up on the TNT app. I almost didn't watch it, but then I was like, I can't watch the news anymore.

Random un-asked for opinion: I think the date should be in the American format, considering this is an American show for ratings reflecting the viewership in the United States.
