The NFL has to be ecstatic with every possible Super Bowl matchup.
Whoever wins the AFC - it's either the Chiefs defending their crown or the Bills looking to end decades of misery.
Whoever wins the NFC - it's Rodgers or Brady.
The NFL is thrilled with the results of this weekend. They can sell a story with every conceivable matchup.

In his prime, Drew Brees was consistently in the conversation of "best QB in the league" at a time where the other names in that mix are legitimate candidates for GOAT in Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Aaron Rodgers. And that's all in spite of his size disadvantage.

Brees is a lock some people acting like he's Phillip Rivers.

Brees QB rating outside v dome is -12.2
Yeah he was better in a dome but a lot of people have played in Domes and he鈥檚 at or near the top on every QB category

It's a sneaky sub-plot because of everything that's going on, but the Buccaneers are one win away from playing the Super Bowl in their home stadium, a feat that's never before been accomplished.

Tampa utterly destroyed Green Bay in Tampa this season
and yes, it will be in Green Bay this time with some fans in the stands but they just dominated them

Tampa utterly destroyed Green Bay in Tampa this season and yes, it will be in Green Bay this time with some fans in the stands but they just dominated them The jarring thing about it was that the Packers jumped out to a 10-0 lead and looked to be on their way to dominating the game, then Rodgers threw that awful pick-6 and everything went to hell in short order. Brady did mention that he picked Tampa Bay above all other suitors because of the warm weather. Maybe the cold will be his undoing next week.

What day do the Packers and Bucs play? They should be getting snow good next Sunday. Both days are stupid cold

So Reid said that Mahomes is feeling good but they'll check again tomorrow.
Considering he suffered a concussion, and considering Henne did well enough to win, I wonder if Reid plays it cautious?

He probably shouldnt, but I think he will.

If it was a regular season game, Mahomes would be out no matter how he felt. But since it's the AFC Championship game, we're going to revert to the concussion protocol being someone asking Mahomes "You good?"

It depends, last year Josh Allen got a concussion against the Pats and played the next week.

Glad to see Saints fan's aren't bitching about this loss. First playoff L they've taken in a while that wasn't salty and full of overdramatic whining.

They can't complain about that L That was all on the offense. They should have jumped out early to a 14-0 lead to command the game and only put up 6 points and let the Bucs stay in the game It is the reverse of Drew prime years. Offense carried that defensive effort but defense was more then good enough to win but offense didn't put up
