This has always baffled me. I have never seen or heard of her before or since. Reggie Bennett was from the late 80s, early 90s. I think she was popular in Japan. My first seeing of her was in a 1992 Apter-like magazine where she was dressed as a construction worker. At some point she was fairly muscular but by 1992 when the magazine came out she must have gained a lot of weight. She's what can be described as a BBW. She was quite large but very beautiful. From what I see on her facebook page she works as a supervisor for a Home Depot store in Florida. I was a big fan of hers. Really, the first “bigger” girl that I ever thought was beautiful, as messed up as that is to say. It still made zero sense in ECW, especially for the one appearance.

There were about a million in WCW between late 99-2001. During a feud between Sid and nWo 2000, Curt Hennig (who was not in that incarnation of the nWo) randomly came out to take a bump on the hood of a car. I believe this was only done because no one in the nWo would or could take that bump so they sent Curt out to take despite him having absolutely nothing to do with it. It wasn't referenced again and he was off TV about a week later. To be fair, i don't think they had a chance to flesh it out since the angle I believe ended right about that time. Likely would have had some former members reappear with this group

There was the episode of Thunder which was Kevin Nash's last night as booker that saw Lex Luger and Rick Steiner attack Buff Bagwell and La Parka made the save.

If it counts, that fan that ran in front of the camera and did Batista's taunt while Batista was backstage getting ready for a match.

Everyone else refused to take the bump on a car hood so they let the guy who had already been forced into an early retirement due to a severe back injury take the bump? WCW, everybody!!! 🤦♂️

Okay, I'm not sure if this counts, but Scott Hall interfering in a match between Jerry Flynn and Mike Enos on Thunder in 1998. So you basically have a match between two perennial lower mid-carders/jobbers, and then you have Scott Hall come out all drunk and attack both Flynn and Enos, delivering the Outsider's Edge on both of them just to cut a promo on the Wolfpac, especially Nash and Konnan (which was setting up Hall's match with Konnan at Fall Brawl). When you have a match involving wrestlers of that caliber, it shouldn't come as much of a shock when a more established talent comes in and interferes like that. My answer for most random run in ever is Scott Hall appearing out of absolutely nowhere to interfere in the middle of a Mike Enos vs Steve Doll match when he returned to WCW in 96. He didn't exactly jump directly in the middle of a main event program between 2 household names there. Now you're telling me Hall did this to Enos a second time?! I'm starting to think Hall just liked screwing with Enos lol.

Not really a run in so to speak but Ron Simmons coming out during the John Cena/Booker T promo just to go "Damn" and walk off was a pretty random moment.
