No Rhea vs Liv on RAW. No WM match. Can't believe I was positive about Liv finishing second to last in the RR and EC. Love Liv Long Time was right all along...

Still in the train that thinks Liv will dethrone Rhea post-WM, regardless! ✨️

I'm sure she will have something decent coming out of Mania, but it is crazy that the person who was given #30 9 weeks ago, had that HHH tweet, was added to the superstars banner on the website (the only active person on there with nothing to do this weekend I believe), had her runner up at both the Rumble and Chamber and then fairly prominent on RAW the 3 weeks after the chsmber, but seemingly has nothing to do on the biggest show of the year. I think she has been screwed the most out of anyone not on the card. She'll likely have had reassurances, but I wonder what she must be thinking.
I was annoyed that Tiffany was left out after thinking that would be almost impossible coming out of Australia, but this is clearly far worse.
Interesting though that Liv hasn't wrestled since March 11th, and has had 9 seconds TV time in the past 3 RAWs, and Tiffany hasn't wrestled since March 8th and has has 7 seconds TV time, plus that vignette, in the past 3 Smackdowns, and presumably nothing on Friday either, whereas lots of others missing Mania have had matches in the past few weeks, so they are presumably holding both back to get them both into something interesting a week or two after Mania.

3 Women’s Matches over 2 Nights is just underwhelming in general.
Honestly, and I cannot believe I’m saying this, even Nia deserves a spot at Mania as well.

3 Women’s Matches over 2 Nights is just underwhelming in general. Honestly, and I cannot believe I’m saying this, even Nia deserves a spot at Mania as well. By my reckoning it's 36 men and 10 women. Almost 50 on the card, and Liv isn't one of them. Of the 10, the 6 person match just feels clagged together to get more on the card for the sake of it. Jade only appeared last Friday. Bianca has barely been used since the Rumble, and Naomi looked like she had nothing doing until randomly watching that Bayley interview 3 weeks ago. No stakes or anything particularly interesting. They obviously need a mid card belt, but even without it, they've had ample time to make a couple of interesting women's non title matches. Bianca vs Tiffany was widely speculated heading into the Chamber, and if they weren't in the Rhea match, they could have easily had Liv and Nia in an interesting feud heading out of the chamber instead of being used just to prop up Becky and then not on TV for 2 or 3 episodes. Less women's matches than last year is a disgrace when it's supposed to be the best female roster they have had. 3 matches over 2 nights, as you say, is shocking. Rhea vs Becky apparently opens Night 1, and Bsyley is chief support on night 2, so there's going to be 9 out 10 matches that are men's in between those.

WM without Liv is like bolognese without the meat. I can handle it, but it's just not a must-see spectacle anymore. Other than Rocky/Roman vs. Seth/Cody and Jade's WM debut, I've really no desire to see it. 50-50. ' will follow live thread closely, regardless. The biggest thing for WM weekend for me is the transformation of Gigi Dolin into Georgina. That's what keeps me moving on and waiting for the better things. NXT, NXT, NXT!

It also feels like they’ve intentionally cooled Tiffany off as well. Like they were not anticipating her getting so over so fast and so had nothing for her. So they’ve put her on ice until after Mania.

Rise up, Livers & Tiffy Timers! ✊️ Never give up on your dreams.

Definitely, perhaps Chelsea too to a lesser extent, as I think she has now missed the last 4 RAWs, although she has been on Main Event, but it's possibly better for them to be held off than just having matches on RAW / SD for the sake of it with no real direction, in terms of bigger picture plans, even if it is very annoying that they have just been thrown to the side out of nowhere at the most important time of the year, but probably better if there was no big Mania payoff. I was initially annoyed at that vignette the other day as it meant another week without her being there, effectively ended all hopes of a Mania match, and most of the images/content were from June/July last year when she was NXT champion, but I did like the addition of 'when you're a main event talent', they couldn't have the likes of Indi or Tegan saying that, so like Liv, it does make me think they will have decent plans for her coming out of Mania, but then again, there are only certain amounts of significant spots available, and Jade being on the same brand doesn't really do her any favours.

I assume it was pivoting to the 6-woman tag that confirmed her not making the card. Had the match with Bianca happened they might have been concerned about crowd reactions after how Elimination Chamber went.

Were there ever any reported plans for Belair v Stratton? Or did we just run away with speculation based on an interaction or two?

- Braid elimination at the Rumble
- Tiffany stepping up to Bianca after signing the Smackdown contract saying she's not afraid to step up to the baddest women, before slapping Michin
- Backstage with Liv and Bianca asking who should she pin first after qualifying for the chamber
- Beefing in ring during RAW promo when Bianca was like 'and definitely you'
- Clashing at the Chamber Press Event
- And the main one, slapping Bianca in the face during her win over Liv the night before
So 6 different interactions before the chamber. Now it may have been mainly to establish Tiffany on the brand, but Bianca had nothing set at this stage, was still referring to her un-de-fea-ted streak (which was dropped these past few weeks). WWE Twitter saying 'MASSIVE win for Tiffany on the Road to WrestleMania' after beating Naomi (yep, a real key moment on the road...), and then Tiffany referring to herself as 'Miss Undefeated' when talking to Kayla on SmackDown LowDown later that night following the Naomi win. Then two days later there was those Fightful reports that WWE have been surprised by Tiffany's reactions and were now going to be factoring that in when planning upcoming shows. Well that planning was seemingly to basically remove her from TV while they figure out what to do with her. I'd be amazed if the initial plan wasn't Bianca vs Tiffany, but since the Chamber / Naomi match, may not have wanted Tiffany to lose, felt like Tiffany was now established enough and her name was already out there, so she didn't really need a coming out party where she would look great in defeat, or they were concerned that the crowd would boo the face and cheer the heel with there being a large international contingent, but as a result, Tiffany was basically thrown to the side for 4/5 weeks, and I genuinely can't imagine that being the plan at all heading into the Chamber when she was coming out to luke-warm reactions on SmackDown. Also why put her on the opposite brand to her boyfriend or even call her up (I know the Liv no show kind of cancels that one out) if there was going to be no Mania payoff for her?

- Tiffany Stratton's reactions have surprised many within WWE. However, we're told they're anticipating them more going into shows now.
Their pivot was to system wipe and start fresh with vignettes like she was an NXT prospect debuting for real after 'mania.
