So when he's out of the 14 day period, he will tie Brock Lesnar at 503 days.

So when he's out of the 14 day period, he will tie Brock Lesnar at 503 days. CDC has recommended fully vaxxed individuals 5 day quarantine. Though Roman is free to do as he feels best.

Well....
This title reign is going straight to Wrestlemania now. Which would be 588 days.

At least Roman has defended the Championship more often than Lesnar ever did.

Well.... This title reign is going straight to Wrestlemania now. Which would be 588 days. He’ll need 99 more days to top Lesnar’s 3 reigns combined (686).

Technically, he doesn't beat the record until Midnight. Though WWE recognized it, they count Title Reigns as beginning on Midnight after they won it. So, right now he's tied with Brock, but won't hit 504 days until Midnight. He already has the most TV/PPV Defenses at 18.

This belt is something like 6 years old isn't it? Wild that two reigns have tied this belt up for about 1/3 of its existence.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, will ever reach Bruno's 2,803 day reign. And honestly nobody ever should. Hogan was lucky enough to be in an era where he could reach half that.
With that said, if there's anybody who could reach 1000 days as champion, it's Roman Reigns.
His 1000th day would be May 27, 2023. That means: - He beats Lesnar at this year's Mania - He continues dominating Smackdown for another year - He beats The Rock(?) at next year's Mania if we get that payoff - He drops the belt that summer
Hopefully by summer 2023, there's an established star that can legitimately beat Roman Reigns and take the title off him.
Personally, there's nobody on the roster right now that should take the title off him. Lesnar could do it, but he doesn't need to.
I'm fine with another year with Reigns as champion to get him to the 1000th day.

Like in the NHL, Glenn Hall has the record of 502 straight starts as a goalie, no one will ever, ever, ever, ever, ever beat that record because it's f***ing insane now. Like 10 straight starts and people start wondering what the f*** is happening. I love Roman now, but no one is getting close to Bruno. Ever.

To put into perspective, that's him holding the title until May 4, 2028 to break it. If WWE can't book a guy to take the title off him by then, they're awful at their job... and writers have probably changed four or five times by May 2028.
