I've never seen anything starring Fred Astaire or John Wayne Titanic On mobile, I swear I read this as "John Wayne Titanic" in a single name, and that totally comes off as some D-List action star name!

To those that haven’t seen them..please try to give The Godfather & The Godfather II a try. The subject matter isn’t even something I’d usually watch, but both those films are so damn good.

Most 60s era westerns, save for The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly which I only saw a few months ago.

I don’t know why I haven’t watched To Live and Die in LA yet, I love William Freidkin’s other stuff and I’ve heard great things.

Grease, but I feel like I don’t need to as I know the plot.
Summer romance. He turns cold and hangs out with his mates. She dresses hot to lure him and succeeds. A car flies away at the end.
All the while interspersed with classic song and dance numbers.

Casablanca is so great, and so accessible!
Brisk pace, simple plot, snappy funny dialogue. It has aged incredibly well.
Do yourself a favor and if you watch one classic movie off your list in here, make it Casablanca!
Citizen Kane is an important movie historically, some great stuff there. But it is not something I recommend to someone who isn’t a film buff. If you are a film buff obviously you should watch it, it is Citizen f***ing Kane.
My big blind spot is Westerns. I don’t think I’ve seen a single classic Western all the way through, just not a genre I’m too interested in.

There's too many, the last couple of years that's been one of my main goals, getting a lot of these under my belt and there's still an obscene number I need to do.
Only seen 1 Tarantino movie, no Spaghetti Westerns, few westerns in general, it's an endless list.

What do we define as classic?
I would say The Crow, but it almost seems like it's of mythical status now, so it wouldn't likely live up to the hype I've heard about it since my childhood.

You never know, sometimes they do. In my experience, it's worth it to see. Citizen Kane I saw last year, it was ok, I could appreciate it but it was just alright. King Kong I loved and gained a new appreciation for beyond it's mythical status. The Crow is also on my watchlist, need to find time for it one day.
