It's a crime that the Midnight Express didn't get a HOF induction while Bobby was still alive. I know they only like to do one tag team a year, but I really feel like they should have gone in the same year as the Rock n Roll Express.

Kevin Sullivan did wrestle in MSG in the late 70s/early 80s for WWWF, I believe. I'm not sure if that counts, however.

The Yeti, plus did Kevin Sullivan ever work there? Sullivan maybe in the WWWF days. Kensuke Sasaki? Masahiro Chono? Brad Armstrong? Misty Blue? (by proxy I guess her mates Kat LeRoux and Linda Dallas too?) Jack Victory? NIKITA KOLOFF. Despite the rumors/NEWZ of him meaning to be Hulk Hogan's true WrestleMania 2 opponent. Dennis Condrey? Paul Jones? Was going to mention Abdullah, but he was in the HOF. I do think Bruiser Brody may have been in and out in the WWWF days, no? Brad did commentary on WWE's ECW brand once: www.wwe.com/shows/ecw/news/armstrongdebut

Air Paris never got picked up by WWE, not even on a developmental deal.
Kaz Hayashi spent some time in one of WWF's developmental territories (Heartland Wrestling Association) but never worked for WWF.
Evan Karagias spent some time in HWA but never made it to WWE.
Dale Torborg and Asya never got a look from WWF.
Ice Train (MI Smooth) never got a look from WWF.

Aside from a rambling speech and a HOF ring, Larry Zbyszko left the WWF in mid-1981 and never came back. I find that really interesting.
(He left WCW in September 2000.)

Was in OVW on a developmental deal in '03 but didn't make it past there.

Pretty sure he was in one of the developmental territories after WCW folded. Raven told stories about him and Reno hanging out a pile in developmental.
