Penny Hardaway deserves a lot of shit for this game, completely blew this vs Gonzaga No. Just no. Memphis is going toe-to-toe against the odds on favorite to win it all, while dealing with foul trouble. I get that people want upsets, but Penny is building this program very well. They're playing above their heads rn.

If anything, I fault the Zags for taking their foot off the gas the last 3 minutes or so. This game should be out of reach.

Drew Timme's post-game interview choice of words was spectacular.

Duke survives a MSU scare. It really makes a big difference to have size in this tourney. Duke got two key blocks down the stretch by Williams and Banchero, and it's really hard to overcome that size advantage on defense and the boards for 40 minutes. See it with Gonzaga too.

Over in the womens tourney Creighton upset #2 Iowa And South Dakota is about to upset #2 Baylor. Feels like there are a lot more upsets in that tourney this year which is great for the sport.

Texas Tech dominates ND at the end of the game. Notre Dame is great at giving an exciting game on a big stage that ultimately ends in a L in basketball or football. Tech plays smothering D.
Auburn in real trouble against Miami. Miami is a very scrappy team, like a poor man's Houston.

I love the Miami coach's effortless whistle before calling plays or setting the D

Auburn was #1 earlier this season but the Rock said it best: It doesn't matter if you're No. 1 earlier in the season, it WILL NOT MATTER in the tournament

Saint Peter's has shown a lot so far but Purdue has so much size. It's going to be a tough challenge. Curious how they do.

Eddie Lampkin is playing the best game I've seen a big man play in years. Terrible no call at the end of regulation, but TCU is letting them back in this game.
