It's cool that there are enough options out there to guess like a half dozen names or more that Khan could mean by this
Briscoes and Brody King seem like locks, dont think it'd be either of them he's talking about anyway
Some peeps aren't so sure but imo Wyatt would be huge if it was him.

I misread the title as him having a dream he signed someone, so he just decided to do it in real life. Carrot Top is All Elite.

If we're talking dreams and putting it all on the table: I'm saying Monty Brown / Marcus Cor Von.
He's someone we'd all love to see back who has seemed absolutely completely done with wrestling forever.
Let 'em pounce outta my dreams and pounce into my car!

Bray Wyatt?? He started filming the movie he's involved with back in November, so he could be available in the next 3-4 weeks. I'm really hoping for Wyatt. I don't think we have even seen half the creative AND wrestling ability he has. People say Wyatt isn't good in the ring but I highly disagree.

The only kind of dream a Briscoes signing counts as is the kind of Nyquil dream where your dead girlfriend comes back as a goat and you f*** a Toyota Camry. I'll pass if that's the case. Oddly specific.

I would also say Danhausen is a lock at this point too. I don’t even need to layout the why 😂 I don’t HATE the idea of the Briscoes signing. Outside of the problematic outside the wring stuff (which is a big problem if they’re still that way) and purely in a wrestling vacuum? I love em. Jay is a low key doppelgänger for a very close friend of mine who passed away years ago from cancer, so my soft spot for the team starts there. Anyway, My understanding from things I’ve read is they - well, Jay specifically- have worked to make amends for things that have been said in the past. I know TK Is (rightfully) catching a lotta heat these days but I genuinely think him and Cody (and the other EVP) wouldn’t sign them unless they were “co-signed” by Sonny, Nyla, Anthony Bowens….I really have tried to ponder that point objectively and not just through my fandom colored glasses. Maybe I’m wrong, but I genuinely do think that to be the case. IF all that is the case? They still have something in the tank and when he’s working a (non-problematic) angle? Jay is God Tier on the mic. Plus…the Chicken Farm bits for BTE would be GOLD.

I could see it being Jeff, Gargano or Keith Lee. I'm also listening to Killer Kross on Oral Sessions and while he may not be a "dream signing," the dude's buddies with Moxley so I wouldn't be shocked if he wound up coming in at some point.

Honestly I absolutely could see it being The Briscoes. Especially since Tony would have been a big ROH fan

Jay is God Tier on the mic. Plus…the Chicken Farm bits for BTE would be GOLD. My understanding has been that both Mark and Jay have shown genuine desire to learn and grow from things they've said and done in the past (and apparently what happened in England a few years ago was a poor attempt at getting heat and they had no idea it would backfire that much) and that LGBTQ wrestlers have vouched for them. Plus I think based on Final Battle and with how FTR has been booked in AEW since the Briscoes are a matter of when not if and FTR is just treading water till the Briscoes contracts were up. Of course I'm pretty sure Rush and Dragon Lee are also when not if since everything to me pointed to them being involved with Andrade's feud with Death Triangle

Doubt it's Bray since A) he's filming a movie and B) Tony has said he hates supernatural stuff in wrestling.
Brody King is a given, as is Danhausen. Could see it being the Briscoes; they're a great tag team and have a ready-made feud with FTR. And for whatever it's worth I'm willing to believe Ian Riccaboni about them having changed since 9 years ago.

I am willing to believe the Briscoes have evolved, which is ironic to say given Mark Briscoe is a caveman, but it's still something that'd look really, really bad if they weren't careful about it, and probably even pretty bad if they were. Of course, same thing is true about Jay Lethal, who they did hire and DID immediately backfire on social media, so... who the hell knows.
I'm sure FTR will face them sometime, but if now AEW, it'd probably happen in PWG or elsewhere.
To a lesser extent, hiring Jeff Hardy would be a black eye until he probably proved himself reliable.
Tony was coy about hiring Danhausen when pressed about it, and I believe he very likely will, though I am unsure if Tony would present it as a "dream" hire. I think Danhausen IS a big deal, like the injury has seemingly only made him even more popular, but this is the kind of presentation that suggests to me, "guy who will immediately perform and likely is already a 'name' talent."

In all seriousness while I expect a bunch of ROH talent coming in soon I don't see them being labeled as dream signings (except maybe Bandido).
I was looking to see if there were any big name contracts expiring aside from Gargano (and its been rumored he may be debuting st the Cleveland show) and only interesting name I saw was Josh Alexander in Feb... but I dunno if I'd say he's a dream signing.
