Joe Gacy’s schtick could easily be tweaked to the RTC style. Don’t know if Harland fits in with it, he seems way too sinister for it.
As for converts, I’d put the faux bro country guys in there as the tag team, hell, one of them is Bull Buchanan’s son.

Pretty central to the core RTC gimmick was, particularly Venis and Godfather, them shedding their risqué gimmicks and becoming “reformed characters”, so… The Dirty Dawgs, Big E, all of Toxic Attraction and Nattie’s sister from YouTube.
