NOTE: Not sure if I should post this on the AEW board because Keith Lee is with them, but his wife isn't, at least not yet. So I am posting this here.www.ewrestlingnews.com/news/fan-shows-up-at-home-of-keith-lee-and-mia-yimThe same article has a tweet on there from Mia Yim, but I don't know how to post tweets on here. Anyway, I can't believe someone would actually do this. If the airport stories weren't bad enough, now a fan goes to the home of two wrestlers to say hello. Now sure, say if a fan saw Mia or Keith out and about, and if that person lived near them, the most one could do is wave from a distance, but don't come to their door. I swear some fans are just crazy, but even that sounds too generous here.

This reminds me of the entitled fan who showed up at Rey Mysterio's house for autographs. Just all kinds of creepy.

oh god. I can barely find the courage to really interact with people at autograph signings, I cannot imagine actually finding their home address and GOING to it. Like, what? Makes no sense to me, and really has to be freaky as hell for them.

I think even if most fans in these situations probably don't mean harm, it's an incredibly inconsiderate move. They also really need to educate themselves about Mark David Chapman, among other people of that ilk, and that celebrities don't know you or what you are capable of. Leave them be.

I used to live in the same neighborhood as Miz and Maryse. Most I ever did was give them a nod at the grocery store.
That's some sick shit.

This isn’t even the first time i heard of this happening. Arm Anderson had it happen in the last couple years too.

Past the performance, unless it's a scheduled meet-n-greet etc, celebrities doesn't owe fans shit.

Agreed,I cant imagine how celebs feel when complete strangers pester them everywhere they go,fans pay for the entertainment they give and that should be all,if fans want to meet them then pay for a meet and greet, but anyplace else is I think harassment and rude.

I'm at the point where I never want to meet any of my favorite entertainers. I know others don't feel the same way and that's fine, but like someone else said, they don't owe us anything.

The only capacity I'd want to meet any of them in is like an autograph signing or fanfest sort of deal, because at least there's consent in that scenario.

It's common courtesy to not show up uninvited/unexpected.
I can't blame either for their reaction to this fan.

I know Penn Jillette accepts it. He says “This is what I wanted. People to know me”. He and Leno ALWAYS take time for people who approach them, because they figured out saying yes to a photo and or an autograph is a 30 second commitment, whereas explaining to a person you’re busy and maybe later come back and you’re an asshole takes up 5 minutes. If you’re out and run into Penn, you’ll get the photo and his children take it. Doug Stanhope makes his home address well known, he figures his fanbase is too drunk, broke and lazy to get his far flung Arizona town. Those are exceptions, I understand.

And this on the heels of the Sonya DeVille stalker issue.
I hope Keith real life 'yeeted' ol' boy like Uncle Phil did to Jazz. Far enough to make Isiah Kassidy jealous.
