Genuinely wondering how this is gonna play out, because dude looked so bad bumping around the other week I can't imagine he's gonna be doing a whole lot at all. After so long of the Performance Center being a thing I thought celebrities looking that untrained was a thing of the past, but god damn I was actually worried watching that recap.
If this dude shows up looking like Danielson at Mania I'm definitely putting some "it's everyday bro" shit in to my username.

Dude looks completely lost out there while Miz is cutting promos, like they didn't tell him anything anyone was gonna say, then when he was bumping last week he looked somehow ten times more lost.

Bad Bunny really was the exception that probed the rule.

Bad Bunny really was the exception that probed the rule. Stephen Amell wasn't that bad either imo.

I'm just here to say that Snooki and Maria Menudos gave their freaking all and i wish more people remembered that.
Everybody (me especially) shat on Snooki for like the month and the girl went out there and entertained.
That said, Logan feels like he's sandbagging and we really won't know if he's halfassing it for real until it's too late.

Stephen Amell and Bad Bunny are two guys who could genuinely be wrestlers in another life (or hell, even this one if they wanted). Like, I get wanting that fleeting crossover appeal by having celebrities pretend to give a shit about WWE, but I just wish they could find more celebrities who actually enjoy it.

Those two would be worthy of a wrestlemania match against each other.

Bad Bunny really was the exception that probed the rule. Stephen Amell wasn't that bad either imo. Amell was helped by the fact he did a lot of his own stunts on Arrow, and pro wrestling has a lot in common physically with stunt work, so leading him through a planned match is a pretty surefire way to get some decent results out of it. He did great, but he absolutely had prior training that helped him tremendously in looking good.

I was skeptical but I give her props after that.

I want Paul to get passable. Dude has an excellent look for pro wrestling.

He legit said he didn't need to train as much like Bad Bunny did.
This is why it'll be a bad match. And what "star power" does Logan Paul truly have? I don't see many non-wrestling fans tuning in to watch him. I could see diehard sports fans tuning in for Pat McAfee. I've seen boxing fans tune in for Tyson and Mayweather. Not Logan Paul.

I understand where you are all are coming from, but he sold a stunner from Kevin Owens quite well. I get that it's a low bar, but at least he didn't drop too early for that like Linda McMahon and Donald Trump did.

His punches should be better than Shane’s, at the very least.

Bad Bunny really was the exception that probed the rule. Stephen Amell wasn't that bad either imo. And even though it's older and he had an athletic background too, Lawrence Taylor did pretty good in his one match.

He barely did anything last week on Raw except take a couple of hits and then get pulled out of the ring by Miz. Don’t think there was enough there to judge how he’ll be.

He'd be a great opponent in a handicap match against 3-Minute Warning.

Logan Paul is out there looking as though he feels utterly above all this - and is not a good look when the intent is to draw people to see the man teaming with him or the pair facing them.
I imagine the stakes would be exceedingly high for Logan's boxing "career", though. If he looks as though he's not trying or looks bad in the ring in general, that could expose him as not taking any of it seriously - including the boxing. If he shows a willingness to put in the genuine effort and it shows as a solidesque performance, he might succeed in getting some new eyes on him. That said, Bad Bunny really raised the bar last year with his showing, as a non-athlete. Logan needs to be better than that, or at minimum to look as though he has a higher ceiling for his work. He's walking a tightrope here - play too much on the celebrity stuff, and he risks losing his opportunity to be seen as "serious".
