Eliminate the word "Big" from ring names, and you lose a lot of wrestlers.

Steve Regal from AWA/ UWF fame and Steve Regal the current day William Regal. This used to happen quite a lot over here, promoters used to get American wrestling magazines sent over and because it was pre-internet knew they could just steal names and no one would know; Brian Dixon was a serial offender. So as well as Steve Regal there was also Skull Murphy, Blackjack Mulligan, Greg Valentine, and Giant Haystacks was originally Haystacks Calhoun.
On the flipside there was also another Kendo Nagasaki in the US and Japan.

I'm sure Superstar has to be up there? The two most notable that come to mind are Billy Graham and Steve Austin during his ECW run...not to mention that evey single wrestler in history are referred to as such by WWE. + Masked Superstar (Bill Eadie).
