What is a great example of a crowd that was stunned in silence. where you could hear a pin drop
My example is Wrestlemania 30 When Lesnar beat Undertaker. The crowd was shock and stunned that you could literally hear a pin drop . I never seen a literal hush over the crowd before where everyone was silent in shock

From what many have said, when Ivan Koloff beat Bruno Sammartino for the WWF title at MSG, it was so quiet as everyone sat their in disbelief that Bruno was finally beat.

I mean, that's pretty much it. Even Hogan turning, the crowd reacted. When I saw Foley, I got to talking to the guy next to me, he said he was at Mania 30. I asked him what it was like in the stadium when Taker lost. He said it was like being told your dad was dead.

Being in the Tokyo Dome when it happened, there was a very brief stunned silence when Okada beat Naito at Wrestle Kingdom. At least that’s how it sounded up in the back of the arena seats

I sat their with my mouth agape for like 3-5 minutes. The Dome got real quiet, real quick.

Around his debut they had Khali come out and just destroy the Undertaker. I don't think it was even a match, just a beat down.
Crowd couldn't believe what they were seeing and were eerily silent.

Austin and HHH beating the tar out of Lita. Specifically, the instant Austin started hitting her with the chair. The crowd had a 'Jesus, what the hell are we watching?" silent murmur to it

When The Elite defeated Hangman/The Dark Order last year in the elimination tag match. They lost the crowd for practically half the show. Granted it was later revealed to be for a valid reason (Page stepping away for the birth of his child) in the moment it seemed like all signs were pointing to Page beating Omega at All Out, not Full Gear later in the year.

That Matt Hardy return promo in 2005. A lot of fans didn't know how to react.

WWE had an undercard dude who badly needed seasoning and good presentation to get more over and it’s like they purposely give him the most low key lamest song ever.

The ending of Infinity War. Bastista was there so it counts as wrestling related.

I remember the Katie Vick reveal being like that. After that awesome TLC match Triple H came out and called Kane a murderer and the crowd was very much like....."huh?"

Dean Ambrose kicking the shit out of Seth Rollins straight after they had won the tag titles. Earlier that night too when Roman announced that his leukemia was back. The news hadn't broken yet so when he came out everyone thought it was just for a regular promo and he was getting his usual mixed reaction. The second he mentioned that it was just a gut punch and everyone went silent.

Shawn Michaels' collapse on RAW in 1995.
When Sid snapped his leg in half at the Sin PPV, did it kill the crowd?

Matt Taven winning the ROH Title at MSG, especially because it was immediately after the botched nZo/Morrissey run-in. It damn near killed crowd for the Okada/White match which should have been impossible
