Impact keeps rolling along. Another great show. I say it all the time but it never cease to amaze me at how great Shelley and Sabin still are after all the years and injuries. Great opening match and I thought Alex was going to win but surprise surprise Trey pulled it out. I love that in an X-Division match the winning move wasn't something high flying but something as simple as a rollup. I was disappointed that the Kaz/Sabin match ended in a run in but I understand. AEW wasn't going to let Kaz lose clean and Impact wasn't going to let Sabin lose period. Nevertheless it was a great match. Loved the tag team match and really liked Rehwoldt on commentary describing the new W. Morrisey, willing to help and be a mentor. Really goes to show you how great Impact has been with him, through working with him, playing to his strengths and most of all (and the simplest) not doing anything stupid. Great main event and a good way to keep building to Slammiversary. Great Knockouts tag team match and was surprised at Chelsea's strength. Another great match were the conclusion wa sin doubt until the very end. Liked the Knockouts promo with Tasha and Thicconna.
Highlight of the night: The Slamovich/Havok match. Now that's how you use a 1 minute Beat Down challenge to build someone up. Good grief the Knockouts have some strong women. Masha delivered that Snow Plow like it was nothing. Loved that it was a match and for a minute you thought it was over for Masha before she kicked it into overdrive. That look from ThiccMary after Havok lost said it all. Never seen her look so normal. Can't wait to see Masha rise throughout the division. Geez the division is stacked.

What did Chelsea do to show her strength?

One of the many reasons the wrong person won booker of the year in 2021.

Impact needs another KO or two, and some face jobbers, doesn't have enough of those. Otherwise they squeeze the most out of their talent that they can.
