If Meltzer or SRS paid people, then the people they paid would be all over social media talking about how they got paid to tell a story. In every single shoot interview "Yeah, Meltzer paid me." Yeah, that's also a factor. And even if it wasn't true, people would say it to get attention like how Scott Hall thought the Screwjob was a fix almost 20 years after the fact.

All I am going to say is that due to the toxic nature of Twitter the more active Twitter journalists all come off as extremely biased one way or another...It's almost insulting. I have most of the news contributors blocked just because it feels like propaganda anymore on both sides. Sean Ross Sapp comes off like a two year old child a lot of times on Twitter. He might be good at what he does, but I have a low opinion of him based on his Twitter "persona".

SRS is the worst on Twitter. I ended up having to unfollow him and just stick to the Fightful account because it seemed like every time I opened Twitter he was arguing with random fans who have less than a dozen followers. He obviously vanity searches himself too because half of the time he wasn't tagged in the tweets before he started the fights. Meltzer spends too much time giving no-names the time of day sometimes, too, but that's at least people in his replies. Bryan usually just blows these people off entirely. At least Meltzer tries his best to come off as professional in those responses. SRS comes off like a massive douche.

SRS is a stain on wrestling twitter. He's a bully and if you do a little research you'll see he likes to make jokes about anyone who disagrees with him needing mental health assistance and uses mental health as an insult towards people.

Yeah it was hilarious to see some of that backfire when he accidentally used the main Fightful account to post his badly written yahoo chat style "roleplay" to someone recently
