Is this Troy Baker’s first live action role? Because it feels like it shouldn’t be.
But that is a cool thing to do considering.

All this talk about the Last of Us actors is doing is making me sad we're not getting more Infinity Train. This is the real highlight of Ashley Johnson -

I will give Keighley this, for how weird he can talk and say things, he also doesn’t treat the audience like idiots in how, like, if something widespread leaks, he’s not going to try and say “Hey, this is all new and confirmed now”.

In general while there hasn't really been anything about this that's interested me I do think this has been pretty well-structured. It doesn't feel like the usual for presentations like this where they kind of just assume that no one has ever played a video game before and need to overexplain everything.

Keighley knows his audience and that’s what comes off for the past presentations. That’s probably his strongest suit and why, like, he’s where he is in the industry and built so much credibility. He’s a shill, no doubt, and that Doritos and Mountain Dew picture is a meme for a reason but you never get the sense that he’s doing these things for the sake of doing them.

Ok, I really need Shredder's Revenge. Give me X-Men Arcade level of insanity. 6 players?! Casey Jones?!

6 person mode sounds like it could be a cluster of a mess, especially if you can hit your teammates

Man, I’m glad Unpacking lead to a growing genre of house organization games. A Little to the Left looks charming.

I'm thinking the whole reasoning behind TLoU Part 1 aspect of this, aside from the obvious monetary gain, is that they're planning on this being a trilogy, and the closer the graphical style and combat systems are, the easier they'll be to tie together and sell as a less-aged trilogy. It's a bit baffling to remake it at this stage when the Remaster suffices, but I get it if that's their end game for the series in the '20s. That's probably something they learned from the Uncharted remaster collection of games, with 1 feeling so distant from 4. If they go that route, that's obviously many years away.
I'm very excited for the online mode. I don't play online games usually, but Factions really hooked me. I loved the slower pace, the traps, and down system...it was a great addition to an already full experience. If they're working this hard on it, it's gotta be huge.

There's not one, not two but three streams today, likely the biggest being the Netflix one as a showcase of their gaming strategy going forward.
And while you wait, might as well put up the stuff I dug from Day of the Devs and Devolver.

Felt like the best place to talk about the announcements of Dragon's Dogma 2, a Crisis Core port, and Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. So... Guess those are happening.
Dunno why Square spent so long being coy about how many parts Remake would be just to confirm it's a trilogy like everyone assumed it was.

Honestly, with Nomura still somewhat involved, I feel like it was safe for nobody to assume anything until it was confirmed.
