Yeah, more stables is exactly what AEW needs. This but unironically. Stables are a good thing man. It helps a large roster all have a sense of importance and a role, and gives motivation to feuds. I love having wrestlers associated with each other so they have backup. Have no idea where this "AEW has too many stables" thing comes from. Its like people just see a lot of something and automatically react against it. Don't get it. There's JAS, BCC, Dark Order, The Elite, Best Friends, The Factory, The Wingmen, Team Taz, La Faccion Ingobernable, Death Triangle, House of Black and ATT.
That's 12 stables right there.

You can also add to stables and factor in that some of them are on the Youtube shows more than the TV shows But more stables isn't a terrible thing, it can give people some really fun direction, either that or again, new members to existing ones. I doubt LFI is gonna stay at two people.

Yes, thats a lot, but if you're going to have a big roster like AEW does stables are the way to handle it. That said, while the idea of Mark Sterling picking up a few more clients does intrigue me, I think simply promoting the Wingmen more is probably the best answer to OP's problem.

I like lots of stables. Hell, NJPW is almost all stables and that was my go-to wrestling product until AEW came along.
Some of those mentioned aren't even real stables at this point so much as tag-teams with a manager or a stooge. Like Team Taz is really just Hobbs and Starks because Hook is basically doing his own thing and Taz is a manager. ATT only has two full-time members in Sky and Ethan Page, with Lambert as a manager, PVZ still training, and MMA guys being part time muscle at most. La Faccion is, as far as AEW goes, just Andrade and RUSH. Heck, even the Elite is just the Young Bucks at the moment because of all the injuries.

Team Taz could use someone new. Leyla would be cool.

I get why people think there are too many stables, but I don't mind it since the wrestlers are still able to do their own things away from their stables.

I just cringe whenever I hear the Factory's music, I'm just sick of seeing those goobers every week on YouTube. For some reason, Aaron Solo is my least favorite wrestler. I don't know what it is, just something smarmy about him. It's not good 'heel heat,' it's "let me scan my phone during the match" heat.

I could always use more of The Wingmen. I love those guys!

So uh, I guess we have this now in the Trustbusters?
I got to say, I didn't have Daivari, Harlan from NXT, J-Roc from Trailer Park Boys, and Sonny Kiss as a potential stable, but there you go.

It does seem like they're winding down some stables and building up new ones, mainly Trustbusters, Stokely's group, and Smart Mark's group, both of which probably ought to have names by now.
My own definition of a stable would be a minimum of four active wrestlers in any division, so I don't really count Death Triangle or LFI in their current forms as stables since Alex and Jose are still basically managers. Plus with the Trios belts about to come on board, it'd be silly to call every Trios combination a 'stable'.
I think it's a valid point that some of the stables have basically downsized to tag teams or trios in practice now so it's hard to really hold that against them in the "too many stables" sense. The Elite's basically separated into Bucks+Goober and Not The Undisputed Era, Hangman's hanging out with Dark Order more often than not, and I'll still bet money on Kenny maybe being loosely associated and not being part of a bigger group. Best Friends is also essentially back to Orange/Chuck/Trent, Team Taz is done, AFHO is thankfully done. Also not really counting affiliations or alignments like Best Friends being associated with Chaos, for instance.
So yeah, with that all in mind, legit stables I'd say there's JAS, BCC, Dark Order, Factory, Wingmen, House of Black, and now the three emerging groups. On a scale of Top Card -> Bottom Card, I'd rank them probably as follows:
(Top) BCC -> JAS -> House of Black -> Dark Order -> Factory -> Wingmen (Bottom)
Too early with the three new stables to really figure out where they're going to land, though so far I'd kind of place all of them in the mid to lower tier just from what we've seen so far.
Do hope that we start to see more stables that cross division lines, since aside from Best Friends backing up Statlander early on and Stokely backing up Jade, there's seemingly been this weird unwillingness to have faction warfare cross into the womens' division.

Seems like the group's concept is Daivari finding people he thinks are underestimated in AEW and lifting them (and him) up. It's an interesting idea for a stable and if it leads to more TV time for someone like Sonny and developing Parker into a solid hoss, it serves its purpose.

The AFO is still a thing but it looks like they just planted a seed of PP possibly turning face.

I need to preface this by saying that I am a big fan of QT, Commoroto and Solo, but man, they get to do everything when it comes to 'midcard heels get comeuppance'. Whenever that role is needed, these guys fill it. Going to New Japan Strong to feud with the Dojo guys, being on the Buy Ins of major events, making midcard teams look good on tv, main eventing Dark/Elevation almost every week. Could do with a bit of variety in that role, don'tcha think? It seemed the Wingmen were going to become something on a similar level, but the Factory seem to get this role 9 times out of 10. So, let's come up with a hypothetical new stable who are competent enough to look menacing and get heat, but can easily afford to eat losses left, right and centre. Who do you think fits the bill?
Their matches involving them mightve done horrible tv numbers minute by minute
Well, the Factory probably does similar turds but it's better to diversify your job squads.

I think there should be a stable called The Bees so that every time they show up Excalibur or Tony screams NOT THE BEES Only if Tony Nese is in it. Then he'd be The Bees' Nese
