He's at it again, with a GoFundMe this time. EDIT: As is pointed out later in this thread, the description's been changed yet again...hoo boy. Original description is here, for anyone who missed it, but I don't have the update that was supposedly from his wife.

Jimmy Jacobs is the one who donates the 150. One of Elgin's goals is to try to sue Impact for wrongful termination.
Jimmy Jacobs works for Impact.
I, uhh, wonder if he's aware Impact can see his donation.

Imagine the protein powder you can buy from 150 dollars. Almost 1 lbs I'd estimate. A real steal.

It doesn't matter how many things change with Impact, there is always gonna be some TNA level stupidness that happens involving them, and here we are again lol

....that GoFundMe sounds a lot more like "I don't want to get a real job, so please give me money while I try to start a career as a podcaster" than it does someone saying "I'm fighting against something I didn't do and need help making sure the right people are punished."
I see a lot more preaching about someone being able to redeem themselves than I see people actually willing to let someone do it and that's bullshit. But with Elgin....he just comes off so f***ing slimy.

This GoFundMe attempt is insane. This dude is literally trying to get people to pay his bills, sue a former employer, and start a no doubt awful podcast about “a masculine man fighting for his rights to be a father”, all the while with a “woe is me I was cancelled” edge to it. LMAO.

LMAO. He probably thinks he can speak to the Andrew Tate fanbase, but I question if that'd work. But yeah, no way does it take this much to begin a podcast, and with all the mentions of his kid and MsChif, I assume some of this is probably to pay child support.

Though with it being WWE, it was probably dumb on their part.

I know it's easy to dunk on this guy but I hope somebody tries to intervene and get him legit help, this isn't heading in a good direction. He looks really, really bad in some of these videos.

He got fired from WWE for going outside of the building to say hi to the Elite and took a picture with them. Guys he had known and been friends with for well over a decade, but this was during the time when WWE was feeling so threatened by the Elite that they were sending them cease and desists for things they didn't actually own the rights to, so...

I have no love for the man, but I do hope for his sake he will accept such help if offered. The problem is that, unless he thinks he has a problem and accepts help, there's nothing anyone can do, they can't fix him for him.

But with Elgin....he just comes off so f***ing slimy. On the one hand, $100,000 dollars to start a podcast, when you can record, edit, and publish one from your smartphone, is absolutely insane. On the other hand, GoFundMe prohibits the use of their site to build a legal fund, so make of that what you will.

I could be wrong but I seem to remember Jimmy giving an interview where he admitted that WWE staff was specifically told not to go interact with the Bullet Club and he did anyways because he was unhappy with his job

It's the same thing people said in the Punk thread when they referenced him getting help. You have to have enough self-awareness and self-reflection to realize that you need help before it benefits you.
