Well, for most part things are sorted out. So might as well mention it... guess who got Covid as well?
Alas, to be expected, considering the size of the hospital room. Even wearing two masks 24/7, it was kinda inevitable. Like, even if I decided to live in the bathroom of our hospital room I'd probably have caught it. Started last Friday, when I woke up and found myself with a 39C fever. Quickly went down. Not much of other symptoms aside from an altered sense of taste.
Had another test today, delivered from a pharmacy. Aside from my sense of taste, feel normal. Still positive.
So essentially, moment I came back home I isolated. Dog looks at me sadly whenever I come out to go to the bathroom, wanting walks.
On one hand, still got move room to move in my own room plus there's privacy. On the other hand, frustrating as since the pandemic began I was the one in charge at home dealing with things that have to be done outside. Pretty annoying. I'll wait a few more days and get another test.

So you did have time to stop by the gift shop to pick up a souvenir....
Obviously, I'm facetiously trying to lighten the mood regarding a topic that would infuriate me should I find myself in your shoes. That seriously sucks. Hopefully it stays mild and you don't get any long-Covid affects.
Honestly, this is how I feel having spent the last over 2.5 years avoiding Covid:
It's utterly exhausting.
